Years ago, doctors often said that pain was a normal part of life. In particular, when older patients __47__ of pain, they were told it was a natural part of aging and they would have to learn to live with it.

    第一步
    第一步是每位学生所有要去做，就是把15个单词通过后缀进行词性分类，但是一般我习惯是遇到动词进行二次分类：拟定期态，拟定单三还是非单三；遇到名词拟定单数还是复数；我始终觉得单词不结识不应当成为学生放弃选词填空因素，在做第一步之前我先把4级历年真题预测选词填空中浮现频率最高后缀所有列举出来：
    名词后缀：tion/sion/ness/ment/er/or/ist/ism
    形容词后缀：able/al/ant/ent/tive/sive/ous/less/ed/ing
    动词后缀:ate/lize/ing/ed
    副词后缀：ly/ward/wise
    在历年真题预测中只要浮现ly一定为副词，这是频率
    好，我们开始分类：
    名词单数：A)       result成果   M)  respect（尊重）
    也许名词复数：F)   issues B) involves
    动词原形: O)      specialize M) respect（尊重）
    动词进行时：I)  determining决定，拟定 N)     prompting
    动词过去式：J) limited限制   L)complained抱怨  E) relieved
    也许动词单三：B)involves  F)issues
    形容词：C) significant H)magnificent J)  limited有限
    副词：G)     seriously严肃 K)   gravely
    不能拟定：D)range
第二步：
    回到原文拟定空内应填入词性、单复数形式、动词时态和其他语法现象。具体怎么操作，我会在接下来第三步解题时候具体解说。
    第三步：
    具体分析，核心打击，先易后难。怎么操作？我目前开始解说：
    具体解法：
    47题： when older patients __47__ of pain，前面是patients为复数名词，背面是of，拟定应填入一种动词；后半句为they were told告诉我们填入过去时动词，满足此题单词分别是：J)       limited L)complained  E)relieved，根据本句中pain（痛苦），拟定L)complained（抱怨）和pain（痛苦）感情方向一致。
    48题：前面是we take pain __48__，拟定应填入副词来修饰take,,满足单词有
    G)   seriously严肃K)    gravely，由于是pain（痛苦），搭配严肃，如果这两个单词所有不结识也是2猜1.
    49题：in __49__ a person’s well-being.，我们懂得，in背面跟两种词性，名词或动名词，例如spend time in doing sth, 因此满足单词有I)      determining决定，拟定 N)prompting，2猜1
    50题：causing problems that __50__ from missed work to depression.，由于有from---to---,因此填入动词单配这两个介词，由于没有任何特殊信息词，本题填入一种动词原形，由于前面是problems这个复数，因此排掉B)involves，满足只有O)    specialize ，D)range，两个所有不结识，先放着不管，待会再结合解决
    51题：now depend upon physicians who __51__ in pain medicine，背面是in，拟定填动词搭配in，前面是physicians who，人作主语，并且是复数，因此必需是动词原形，满足单词仍然是O) specialize ，D)range，我们可以将50和51题所有填入O)    specialize，成果是必对一道，有时候放弃是为了得到
    52题：other psychological and social __52__，前面是psychological and social这两个形容词，空内应当填入名词，由于是other，规定我们填入一种名词复数，满足只有一种单词F)issues  B)involves，二选一，别着急，让我们看下一道题
    53题：Such comprehensive therapy often __53__ the work，前面是often，规定空内填入实义动词，Such comprehensive therapy明显是单数，不结识也无所谓，拟定空内填入单三形式动词，满足是F)issues  B)involves，懂得怎么样最功利吗，那就是这道题和上面52题所有填入其中一种，成果仍然必对一道！！！
    54题：This modern __54__ for pain management，前面是形容词modern，规定填入名词被它修饰，满足是A)result成果   M)respect（尊重），空后是介词for ,有一点基本人所有懂得M) respect（尊重）最搭配for，因此也就排除了它作为动词原形也许性，因此目前懂得我为什么将51题满足单词固定为O) specialize ，D)range了吗？
    55题：there were only a __55__ number of drugs available,根据背面名词number，和前面a，我们拟定天形容词修饰number,满足有C)   significant H)magnificent J)  limited有限，同窗们，看到了only了吗？答案是       limited有限
    56题：and many of them caused __56__ side effects，背面是名词概念side effects，填入形容词来修饰吧！满足只有C) significant H)magnificent J)，2猜1吧，结合49题2猜1，几率是两道2猜1，两道可以对一道。
