1. g的发音：多数发 [g], 如： girl, good, go
在末尾的-ge, -dge 发 [ dʒ ]，如： orange, fridge.
在-ng 组合中，Engish 的g发 [g]. 其他发[ ŋ ] 如：long,sing
2. h 的发音：多数发[h], 如 how, her,he,have,hello
wh-组合中，who, whose 中的h 发[h] ，其他都发[w], 如：what, where
sh组合发[ʃ ] she, sure
ch组合发 [tʃ ] child, cherry
3.l 的发音，都读[l]。
但是与al组合，发音不同，如 talk, walk, 中al 读[ɔː]
4. k的发音，目前都发[k] 如：kite, bike, like
另外开头的c 也读[k],如：cake, crayon,
但是最后的-ce 读[s], 如 nice.
5. x的发音： x多数读[ks], 如：fox, box, taxi, six
6. v的发音： v多数读[ v ], 如： very, give, love, live, five
of 的f也读[ v ]
7. z的发音：z一般读[ z ], 如：zebra, zoo
另外：有时s 也会读[ z ].
(1) -se 结尾的词： these, those, nose, close
(2) 不以p, k, f 等清辅音结尾的词加s，如：apples, zebras
(3) 其他单词： his 读 [ z ]
