摘要：

目的：研究肝纤维化过程中TLR4在肝脏的表达及黄芪对肝纤维化的防治作用。

方法：通过建立大鼠肝纤维化模型，观察肝脏组织病理学变化，检测肝脏组织中TLR4的表达情况，以及黄芪对肝纤维化的防治作用。

结果：肝纤维化模型建立成功，肝脏组织病理学变化明显，肝脏组织中TLR4的表达明显上调。黄芪治疗组肝脏组织病理学变化明显减轻，肝脏组织中TLR4的表达明显下调。

结论：肝纤维化过程中TLR4在肝脏的表达明显上调，黄芪对肝纤维化具有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the expression of TLR4 in the liver during the process of liver fibrosis and the preventive and therapeutic effect of Huangqi on liver fibrosis.

Methods: A rat model of liver fibrosis was established, and the pathological changes in liver tissue were observed. The expression of TLR4 in liver tissue and the preventive and therapeutic effect of Huangqi on liver fibrosis were detected.

Results: The model of liver fibrosis was successfully established, and the pathological changes in liver tissue were obvious. The expression of TLR4 in liver tissue was significantly up-regulated. The pathological changes in liver tissue were significantly reduced and the expression of TLR4 in liver tissue was significantly down-regulated in the Huangqi treatment group.

Conclusion: The expression of TLR4 in the liver is significantly up-regulated during the process of liver fibrosis, and Huangqi has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on liver fibrosis.
