When I was in grade two, my mother thought that I should study English formally, so she let me study in the class of teacher Ye of Young Palace of Beijing. In her class I began to learn the New Concept English and touched the grammar for the first time. Teacher Ye let us practice the oral English, listening and writing. Although I should remember much more words than before and had to practice listening and writing every day, and must take the crowded bus to school for two hours every week, I was very happy because I could learn much knowledge that not taught in school.

When I was in grade four, I passed PETS 1 with the score of 88 of writing, and 5 of oral English, and I passed PETS 2 in grade five. what is my favorite invention?
we knew there had been many inventions at the last century, for example,electric light bulb, telephone, phonograph, mimeograph machine, automobile,airplane, atomic weapon, computer and so on. what is my favorite invention?
personally, my favorite invention should be computer. in the old days, manyscientists took much time to calculate and deal with research data, so theeffective time in doing research was relatively shortened. for millions of timesof calculating per second by computer, the researchers may have enough time tostudy more important issues. the processing of experiment results became verysimple and easy. aren’t those all evidences that the computer is one of thegreatest inventions in the last century, are those?

I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast.
Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.
There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons.
Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance. A student without books could be someway ridiculous.
Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small.
I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.
Our path in life will not always be smooth. Setbacks can't be avoided. Failing an important exam, break up with boy or girl friend, or refused by a promising company, such setbacks are likely to get us down. Sometimes we fell so frustrated that we even burst into tears.
Drinkin coke is wonderful, despite the undesirble consequent hiccups. It's bitter, sour and peppery, but also sweet. And you'll even feel excited after gulping down a glass. When preparing for the English speech contest, I simply want to search some articles as the contents of my speech. I read a lot of articles, some from the university professor, some from the famous host, some from the college students, and even from junior high school students. But after reading it, I gave up the idea, I even felt shameful. Today,the topic I want to talk about is a solemn and serious theme full of glory and pride, which is a common aspiration of all our Chinese. Every Chinese has his own dream of China, and of course, there is a dream lingering in my heart only belongs to my own.

I don't want to talk about the construction of our country politics, and also speak impassioned speech on the Diaoyu Island event .I just want to appeal young people,showing the side of youth,good and confidence.We must learn to organize our own thoughts, correct our own concept, and change our direction to the right side in future life. China dream actually lies in our young generation, especially of the intellectuals.
Perhaps the strength of a person is small, but when his or her fate is connected with the motherland, he or she will be hero or heroine. Perhaps a dream is tiny, but when it becomes the dream of a country, it becomes inestimable.
