对抢劫、凶杀等暴力事件的应急处理预案
Robbery and other violence against for emergency plan
一、 当员工发现异常情况时：
When staff Abnormality was found situation
1、 拨打酒店内线电话报告保安部（6605、555），说明本人身份、发现案件的时间、地点及简要情况。
Report to SEC department (6605 555), account for identity of the cases found in time, place and brief cases.
2、 保安部人员迅速赶到现场，确认后，做好保护现场工作，通知总机通知有关领导立即赶到现场。
Security guards rushed to the scene confirmed, do a good job to protect the site and inform operator notify the leader immediately rushed to the scene.
3、 视具体情况，由保安部负责立刻向公安机关报告所发生的情况。
By the SEC department is responsible for public security organs immediately reported what had happened
4、 总机接到保安部报警后，立即通知以下人员到场：
Operator Attendant SEC department received the alarm, immediately notify the following persons to the scene：
1） 所发生情况的部门经理（夜间是值班经理）。
Manager of what is happening（Night shift is MOD）
2） 总经理、副总经理、保安部经理。
GM、DGM、SEC Mgr.
3） 医务室、车队。
Clinic、team car
二、各部门人员到场后的职责
Duty of all departments arrived at the scene

1、保安部：
SEC
1）携带必要器材和警具、对讲机、记录本、手电等。
Take equipment, interphone, record book, flashlight, etc.
2）布置警力保护现场，划定警戒线，控制人员进入，维护现场秩序。
To protect the site, designated the warning line, the control officer to enter, to maintain order at the scene.
3）如遇需要抢救的人员则尽量不要破坏现场状态。
In case of need to rescue the personnel try not to damage the site
4）对现场进行全部和局部重点拍照。
Full and part of the site focus on taking pictures
5）协助抢救伤员，如需送往医院应与医务人员一同前往，并酌情向伤员了解记录有关案件发生的情况。
To help rescue the wounded, and if sent to the hospital medical staff should
be invited to attend to the injured people to understand and record the
circumstances of the case.
6）向当事人、报案人、知情者了解案情并记录。
To the relevant personnel about the case and record
7）配合公安机关人员检查现场。
With the public security personnel on-site inspection
8）如发现罪犯正在行凶或准备逃离，立即抓获并派专人看守，待公安局来人后交给公安人员处理。
Found criminals are murderers or preparing to flee immediately arrested
and sent people to over watch, to be dealing with the Public Security
Bureau
9）如有人质被绑架、扣押案件发生，应立即报公安机关，控制事态发展，采取必要措施。
If the hostages were kidnapped and detained the incident should be
reported to the public security organs to control the developments and
adopt the necessary measures.
10）做好善后工作，包括清点客人财务等。

2、值班经理：
MOD
1）负责协调各部门的工作。
Take charge coordinating the work of all department
2）立即向总经理、现场最高领导汇报案情。
Immediately to the GM, on-site reporting on the case top leadership
3）组织对受伤人员的抢救。
Rescue the wounded
4）记录整个案件的处理情况。
Record handling of the case
3、前厅部：
FO
1）准备万能钥匙，以备急用。
Prepared to master key
2）安排行李员传送各种信息。
Arrange Bellman send all kinds of information
3）与保安部协商提供调查案件的临时办公地点。
The temporary point of the investigation of cases in consultation with the SEC department
4）登记保管客人遗留下的财务及行李物品。
Guests leave behind the financial and baggage registration
5）安排行李员运送伤员。
Arrange Bellman send wounded
6）负责保障办案、救护伤员用车。
Responsible for safeguarding the handling of cases, aid to the wounded car
4、客房部：
HSKP
1）提供伤员所用布及所用物品。
To provide the wounded and the use of the items with a cloth
2）准备手电及接线板，供照明使用。
Ready flashlight and wiring board for illumination
5、医务室:
Clinic
1）到现场后负责对受伤者进行救护。
Responsible for the wounded to the rescue
2）与急救中心联系救护事宜。
Contact with the Emergency Center matters.
