1、新疆石油勘察设计研究院简介(部分)特色技术(一)沙漠油气田开发建设地面工程配套技术形成了一套适应沙漠油田滚动开发生产的地面配套技术-沙漠模式。采用多通阀自动选井、分体式计量、恒流配水、橇装加热、大起伏地势油气混输回压控制、非金属复合管材全面应用等集输工艺。SCADA与DCS技术相结合的油田自动化控制、数据监控、采集及处理,实现油井、计量站无人值守,百万吨油田百人管理。1.Surface engineering technology for oil-gas field development and construction in desertsProvide a set of surface

4、ring station, and is able to manage a megaton oilfield with only a hundred of persons(二)稠油、特超稠油、油砂矿开发建设地面工程设计技术形成了一套成熟、实用的稠油、特稠油地面集输与处理及注蒸汽工艺配套技术-稠油模式,集中或短半径分散供热、多通阀选井集油配汽、单管注采集输、罐上罐称重式油井计量、掺蒸汽加热脱水处理、稠油污水处理及回用、旋流除砂等技术。超稠油SAGD高温密闭集输工艺技术、高干度过热地面注蒸汽配套技术初步形成,在先导试验区工业应用成功;高温超稠油密闭脱水技术、采出水密闭处理技术、掺柴油不加热输送技术
5、已规模工业化运用。2.Surface engineering technology for development and construction of heavy oil, extra-extra heavy oil and oil sandsProvide a set of mature and practical technologies for surface gathering and processing of heavy oil and extra heavy oil and supporting process for steam injection heavy oil mo
6、de, and the technologies for centralized or decentralized short radius heating, well selection, oil gathering and steam distribution using multi-ported valve, injection-production and gathering in single pipe, tank-in-tank weighing oil-well metering, thermal dehydration by steam injection, heavy oil
7、 sewage treatment and recycling, cyclone desanding, etc. SAGD high temperature custody gathering process technology and high-dryness superheated surface steam injection supporting technology for extra heavy oil have initially taken shape, with the industrial application in pilot experiment area quit
8、e successful. Besides, high temperature closed dewatering technology for extra heavy oil, closed processing technology for produced water, and diesel-mixed non-heating transportation technology have been industrialized. (三)超稠油输送及储存技术形成了超稠油管道密闭输送、水击超前保护技术,超稠油热处理、加剂、掺稀混合输送技术,超稠油高温管道敷设、安全防护技术以及超稠油的低温储存
9、技术。建设了风城克拉玛依的国内第一条长距离超稠油输送管道,达到了国内领先水平。3. Extra heavy oil transportation and storage technologyTechnologies have been developed for extra heavy oil custody transfer through oil pipeline and advanced surge protection, extra heavy oil heat treatment and transportation with flow improver, transportatio
10、n after being mixed with thin oil and diluted, as well as high-temperature pipeline laying, safety protection and low-temperature storage for extra heavy oil. The first long-distance extra heavy oil transportation pipeline in this country, namely Fengcheng-Karamay pipeline, has been constructed, whi

(四)油田采出水、污泥资源化技术先后设计国内外油田稠稀油采出水处理站近30座。形成了以“重核-催化强化絮凝净水技术”和“油田采出水离子调整旋流反应法处理技术”为核心的油田采出水综合处理技术,水处理及污泥处理工艺包十几个;形成了含油污泥从油泥池挖取输送分离资源化利用一整套工艺技术;超稠油SAGD及火驱采出水处理技术初步形成。4. 13、ifying-flocculent Water Purification Technology” and “Produced Water Treatment Technology of Ion Adjustment and Cyclone Response in Oilfields” have been brought up; the oily sludge processing technology from excavating, distribution, separation to resource utilization has been developed; extra heavy
14、 oil SAGD and treatment technology for water produced by fire flooding have initially taken shape.(五)油田标准化、模块化、橇装化、集成化设计技术对“成熟、先进、适用”的地面配套技术进行标准化、模块化、橇装化、一体化集成,形成了“稀油计量配水一体化橇装装置”、“稠油集油配汽一体化橇装装置”等系列的一体化集成装置。采用三维设计软件完成了油气水井场、计量站、注水站、集气站、转油站、处理站等各类站场标准化系列图纸,同时配套完成了标准化设计概、预算指标,实现了新疆油气田所有新建产能项目的完整覆盖。5.St

Adopt three-dimensional design software to complete series of standardized drawings for different stations such as oil-gas-water well site, metering station, water injection station, gas gathering station, oil transfer station and
17、treatment station, and also complete estimate and budget targets supporting standardized design, thus realizing complete coverage of all new capacity projects in Xinjiang oilfields. (六)煤层气开发地面工艺技术中油煤层气项目全面采取标准化、模块化、撬装化设计。采用自压密闭集输工艺,因地制宜实施“气水同输、节点分水”;增压采用“螺杆压缩机分散式增压+旋流过滤分离除尘”或“螺杆机喂气+往复机集中增压+旋流过滤分离除尘”
18、技术,增压机组配套变频控制技术;处理采用“重力分离除尘+三甘醇脱水或分子筛脱水”两段工艺以及“动态露点控制”技术;逐步形成了煤层气集输与处理的技术包,并研发了煤层气橇装增压装置、橇装一体化CNG装置、脱水装置、除尘装置和选井装置。6.Coal bed methane (CBM) gathering and processing technologyStandardized, modularized and skid-mounted design has been employed in all aspects in CNPC CBM project. 20、y screw machine + centralized boosting by reciprocating machine + filtering separation and dust removal by cyclone”, as well as frequency conversion control technology supporting booster set; for the purpose of treatment, adopt two stage process gravity separation and dust removal + triglycol dehydr
21、ation or molecular sieve dehydration” and “dynamic dew point control” technology; gradually develop CBM gathering and treatment technology package, CBM skid-mounted supercharging device, skid-mounted integrated CNG device, dehydration plant, dust collector, and well selection device. (七)沙漠公路设计技术研究应用
22、沙漠公路线型设计原则、路基横断面型式、边坡加固、防沙害影响、路面结构、风积沙压实、防沙工程设计等整套沙漠地区公路设计技术,设计了国内第一条贯穿塔克拉玛干南北全长470公里的沙漠公路,先后完成了横穿塔里木沙漠、古尔班通古特沙漠两大流动和半固定型沙漠公路,修建西气东输管道等工程伴行道路,及石彩公路等一系列沙漠和山区主干公路工程。7. 23、lines design, subgrade cross-section pattern, slope reinforcement, influence of desert protection, pavement structure, compaction of aeolian sand and sand prevention engineering design, etc., so as to complete the design for the first desert highway running through Taklimakan and 470 km in length, a
24、nd successively build two desert highways of flow and semi-fixed types running through Tarim Desert and Gurbantunggut Desert, as well as a series of oilfield trunk highways in deserts and mountains, e.g. construction roads accompanying West to East Gas Pipeline and Shicai Highway.(八)油气田地面工程数字化技术形成了基
25、于设计文件和施工数据的油气田地面工程数字化技术体系,利用地面工程建设前期的工程测量数据、设计各阶段各专业设计文件、施工数据等进行地理信息系统数据建设,综合利用外业航测数据处理、遥感影像数据处理、GPS RTK、GPS PPK等技术,实现“数字油田”地面工程数据正常化。建成了地面工程信息系统,为现场生产管理、地面工程设计和全局部署决策提供了可视化平台。8. 27、tion data, etc.; make comprehensive use of aerophotogrammetric data processing technology, remote sensing image data processing technology, GPS RTK, GPS PPK and other technologies to digitize oil-gas field surface engineering and develop SIS data acquisition; established surface engineering informat
28、ion system which provides a visual platform for on-site production management, surface engineering and overall deployment and decision-making.(九)发电、输配电及热力、动力、热电联产工程设计技术热力、电力、动力等系统专业具有独立、成熟的点、线、网系统设计和系统规划能力,形成了“多种余热利用形式大中型天然气发电站、多种布置形式变电所、适合特殊气象条件的架空线路、电网调度通信”综合设计技术。设计开展的克拉玛依系统热电联产工程,在国内同类项目中,地形落差最大、
29、供热温差最大、供热管径最大。9. Engineering design technology of power generation, transmission and distribution, along with heat, power and co-generationThese system disciplines such as heat, electric power and power have independent and mature point-line-network system design and planning ability. The integrated
30、 design technologies for “large-and-medium-scale gas power plants with multiple recuperation modes, substations with multiple arrangement modes, overhead lines adaptable to special weather and power grid dispatching and communication” have been developed. The designed Karamay systematic co-generatio

Machinery industry engineering technologyIn line with characteristics of gas field surface construction works, industrial engineering technology for oil pipeline fabrication and anticorrosion mainly represented by fine pre-welding wit
35、h spiral joints, as well as industrial engineering technologies for “long-distance pipeline”, “maintenance and emergency repair operation of large-scale crude oil storage”, maintenance and emergency repair in “oilfield production”, standardized fabrication and welding of oil pipeline, “drilling tool
36、 maintenance”, “well control equipment maintenance” and “dry blending of cement for oil well” have been developed; independent R & D of industrial engineering technology for “modernized warehousing and logistics” has been finished. And the company has served as the main drafter of an industrial stan

41、气田工程项目的勘察设计,逐步形成了井口加热节流、注醇节流、高压集气-集中加热节流等多套集输工艺包和一体化装置。根据不同油藏的伴生气特点,形成了浅冷和深冷两种伴生气处理技术。2000年以来,完成天然气产能建设100亿方,荣获省部级及以上优秀成果奖10项。3.In terms of natural gas gathering and treatment, we have successively completed the survey and design for gas field engineering projects in Hutubi, Pen-5, Mahe, Kelameili a

According to the characteristics of associated gas with different reservoirs, est
43、ablish shallow cryogenic and deep cryogenic treatment technologies for associated gas. 10 billion cubic meter natural gas has been produced since 2000, winning 10 provincial and above level awards for outstanding achievements.4.在油气储运工程方面,完成了西气东输二线、独乌鄯原油管道、鄯善原油储备库等多个中石油重大工程项目。2000年以来,先后设计了疆内外各类长输油气管道
44、近7000km,城市燃气管网近800km,大型原油、成品油库8座、沥青库2座,总罐容超过500万方,天然气压缩液化利用站场上百座。设计的最大管径已达到1219mm、最大压力达到12MPa、最大站间距近300km。4.In terms of oil-gas storage and transportation, we have completed the Second West to East Gas Pipeline, Du-Wu-Shan Crude Oil Pipeline, Shanshan National Crude Oil Reserve Depot and other major
45、 CNPC projects. Since 2000, a total of approx. 7,000 km long-distance oil-gas pipelines in different types inside and outside Xinjiang, approx. 800 km urban gas network, 8 large crude & product oil depots and 2 asphalt depots (with total tank capacity of over 5 million cubic meters), as well as hund
46、reds of stations utilizing natural gas (LNG, CNG) have been established. Maximum designed pipe diameter has reached 1,219 mm, maximum pressure reaches 12 Mpa, and maximum station spacing reaches nearly 300km.5.在市政建设方面, 2000年以来累计完成油气田地面建设、克拉玛依市城市总体规划、石油基地、石化工业园区等各类规划135余项;完成“塔里木油田土地利用规划”等规划咨询约20余项;累计
