1、凹凸烟管传热与阻力性能计算报告书1、 目的获得凹凸管的传热与阻力性能特征,并比较同等条件下光管的传热与阻力特性,对凹凸管的性能有一个量的认识,具体需要获得以下数据:放热系数(或努谢尔特数)、沿程阻力系数(或压差)2、 方法采用CFD/NHT技术(计算流体力学及传热学)建立对象的流体力学和传热学微分方程,并对其进行数值化求解。3、 计算对象描述计算对象(凹凸管)是具有上下、左右对称的粗糙管,其具体结构如下图所示。图01凹凸管整体结构示意图因其对称性,故可取其1/4作为计算对象,其网格划分如下。图02单节距1/4凹凸管示意图4、 计算过程为与光管性能进行比较,计算在充分发展条件下进行,并分别在给定
