邀请信----- 活动安排
一、文体分析
邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的书信，包含三个方面：
1. 邀请对方参加活动的内容、时间和地点；
2. 与该活动有关的注意事项；
3. 期待对方接受邀请，并可表示感谢。
二、【参考模板一】

三、活动安排
活动安排包括对来访者活动的安排、课外活动的安排、比赛通知、晚会通知、演讲通知等。因为这都是未来活动的具体安排，所以通常用一般将来时或现在进行时。
