Unit3 Topic1 Section A 教学设计 年级:初中二年级 执教人:云阳县第一初级中学熊剑英 话题 课时 使用者 What’s your hobby? 1 熊剑英 教材解读 Section A的主要教学活动为1a和2。 通过Helen和Wen Wei的对话,呈现了本课所要谈论的话题: What’s your hobby?以及兴趣、爱好的不同表达形式,如like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing。结合本单元的话题Our Hobbies, 呈现了大量的表示兴趣爱好的短语: go traveling, collect stamps, walk a pet dog, listen to music等。“兴趣爱好”这个话题和学生们的生活紧密相联,容易激发学生的学习兴趣。但要正确使用爱好的不同表达形式对学生来说还是有一定困难的。所以,要求老师以课本文本内容为依据,结合学生的实际生活,引导学生正确地使用like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing谈论自己的兴趣爱好,并能书面表达自己及朋友家人的兴趣爱好。 教学目标 知识目标 能力目标 情感目标 1 学习新单词和新短语:hobby,recite, poem, maybe, be interested in, be fond of, pet, collect ,plant. 2用like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing结构来表达兴趣爱好。 3能运用本课所学语言,就自己和他人的喜好用英语进行交流。 1. 能听懂有关喜好的话题 2. 能正确地谈论爱好 培养学生有益于学习和身体健康的兴趣爱好。 教学方法 小组合作 教学重点 1. What’s your hobby? I like/enjoy/prefer/be fond of /be interested in +doing句型。 2. plant flowers , collect stamps, walk a pet dog, recite poems 教学难点 be fond of/be interested in其后动词要用V-ing形式。 教学过程: Step 1 Introduction 1.Warming up: Let’s chant. What’s your hobby? Hobby, hobby , what’s your hobby? Singing , singing, I like singing. Hobby, hobby , what’s your hobby? Dancing , dancing, I love dancing. Hobby, hobby , what’s your hobby? Acting , acting, I enjoy acting. (设计意图:通过chant 调动学生的课堂参与积极性,让学生初步感知what’s your hobby ?及其答语) 2 ,Learn some new words and phrases. Everybody has his own hobbies, I have many hobbies, too. Do you want to know my hobbies ? OK, I will show you something about them.(出示幻灯片) 设计意图:通过展示老师自己的业余爱好和兴趣特长的照片,进一步浓厚英语学习氛围,培养学生广泛的业余爱好和兴趣特长,并将本课的新单词和短语融入到此图片中。 Step 2 Presentation 1, Just now, I told you something about my hobbies. Can you tell me something about your hobbies ?(ask students “What’s your hobby?)Let students answer the questions according to the pictures.) 设计意图:通过呈现本课短语并初步练习I like/love/enjoy/prefer/am fond of/am interested in + doing sth.) 2,Finish 3d. Let students practice the sentences : A:What’s your hobby? B:I like/love/enjoy/prefer/am fond of/am interested in + doing sth. At last, let the studengs draw a card and answer the question according to the card. 设计意图:让学生练习爱好的表达并询问别人的爱好,老师抽查学生的掌握情况. 3, Finish 3a.设计意图:听懂怎样表达别人的爱好并对前面呈现的短语进行检查。 4. Finish 1b. Teacher plays the recording of 1a and lets students find out the answer.设计意图:泛听。 5, Finish 1C. Encourage students to look at the pictures in 1c and try to check the phrases according to the pictures. Play 1a again and ask students to write down the phrases in 1c. 6,Let students read 1a after the recording. 7, Finish 1d. Ask students to read 1a and fill in the blanks. Step 3 Consolidation 1Explain the key words in 1a. 2 Let the students make a similar conversation according to 1a and act it out. 3 Finish 2. Ask students to fill in the blanks in 2 according to the pictures. Then play the recording of 2. 3.Ask students to look at 2 carefully and summarize the usage of “like/be fond of/be interested in/ enjoy /prefer”. 设计意图:总结本课句型结构。 Step 4 Practice Take a test in class.设计意图:检查学生对句型的掌握情况. Step 5 Production 1, Join your favorite club. Let students write a short passage about their hobbies . 设计意图:结合本校学生实际的校园社团活动,将英语课堂所学与实际生活所联。 2. Teacher assigns the homework: Prepare Section B after class.
