5.1外油金属波纹式储油柜型号及含义

Such as: the product in model of BP-Wb-870×3200K means the metal corrugated type of conservator is outer oil type with a bellows type of core body and the nominal diameter is Φ870 and the total length is 3200 and with a switch conservator.
5.2产品选用方法Product choice method
金属波纹式储油柜的规格主要依据变压器的总油重和使用地区最低环境温度确定。
当产品使用地区最低环境温度为-20℃及以上时,可在样本附录 “系列产品参数表”中直接选用,选用的储油柜适用变压器总油重必须大于已确定的变压器总油重。
如一台总油重为18吨的带开关储油柜的变压器,使用地区最低环境温度-20℃,在附录 “系列产品参数表”中选用适用变压器总油重为18.47吨的储油柜,其型号为:BP—Wb—980×3300 K。
当产品使用地区最低环境温度低于-20℃,需另行设计,调整补偿量。
The specification of the metal bellows sealed type of transformer oil conservator is determined mainly depending on the total oil weight of the transformer and the lowest environment temperature in the using area.
When the lowest environment temperature in the using area is -20℃ or above, you can directly choose it from “the series product parameter table” of sample and the total oil weight of the chosen conservator being suitable for the transformer mush be larger than total oil weight of the determined transformer.
If one set of transformer with switch conservator in 18 tons of total oil weight and the lowest environment temperature in the using area is -20℃, you can choose a conservator for the transformer in 18.47 tons of the total oil weight from “the series product parameter table”, its model is BP-Wb-980×3300K.
When the lowest environment temperature in the using area is below -20℃, it will need to a special design to adjust the compensation amount.
5.3订货Order
产品订货时需注明
● 选定储油柜型号
● 变压器总油重、变压器使用地区最低环境温度
● 参照图二给出与变压器连接相关尺寸
● 其它与产品相关的结构、尺寸要求
● 储油柜磁翻转油位指示具有最高油位和最低油位报警功能,也可根据用户要求可提供4~20mA油位模拟远传信号,供用户接微机控制。油位指示计接线原理图见图三
When you order a product, you need to indicate followings:
● The chosen conservator model;
● The transformer total oil weight and the lowest environment temperature in the using area;
● The relative connection size with the transformer referring to the figure 2;

6、产品运输Product transport
为防止储油柜运输时芯体频繁自由伸缩而受损,请变压器生产厂保留充气装置和压力显示装置,以便二次运输使用,二次运输时严格执行对储油柜充压运输,直至产品在现场调试安装完毕。
充压运输方法,见图四
○将充气装置、压力显示装置分别安装在注排油管、排气管上,用盖板密封储油柜通向变压器的管路,打开呼吸管阀门;
○从充气阀向储油柜内充入氮气或干燥的压缩空气(气压0.05Mpa),使芯体处于压合状态;
○关闭呼吸管阀门和充气阀。
In order to prevent the damage due to the core body frequently freedom stretching during the transportation, it is necessary to increase pressure for transportation. It needs the transformer manufacturer keep the injecting air device and the pressure indication device to help the second times of transportation. When the second times of transportation, it is necessary to strictly carry out the increasing pressure on the conservator for transportation until the product installation and the adjustment are finished on site.
For the increasing pressure method for transportation, see the figure 4.
○Install the injecting air device and the pressure indication device on the injecting & discharging oil pipe and the discharging air pipe respectively and use a cover plate to seal the pipeline from the conservator to the transformer and open the valve on respiratory tube;
○Inject Nitrogen gas or dry compressed air (the gas pressure 0.05MPa)into the conservator from the injecting valve to make the core body in a pressure close state;
○Close the injecting valve and the valve on the respiratory tube.

7、产品验收Product cheek
●检查产品是否充气加压运输。
检查方法:
○观察压力表读数是否为0.05Mpa左右(充压时环境温度与现场验收时的环境温度不同会使压力表读数轻微变动);
○观察油位指示窗压合区是否全显橙色;
不符合上述条件的产品可能存在芯体损坏隐患,不能马上安装,应通过密封试验检查各管路密封盖板和阀门是否有泄漏现象,如不是上述原因应与我公司联系解决。
●外观检查:检查储油柜表面是否有撞伤,明显变形等缺陷。
●配件清点:按“货物验收回执单”清点物品件数。
●文件检查:资料袋中应有以下随机文件:
安装使用说明书
出厂检验报告
合格证
供货单
合同要求的其它产品资料。
请用户认真按上述要求检查,并填写“货物验收回执单”,以便我公司了解掌握运输单位对运输合同的履行情况。
●Check if the product is injected pressure for transportation 。The check method:
○ Observe if the pressure indicator readings is about 0.05MPa (the difference between the environment temperature during inject the pressure and the environment temperature during check on site will make the pressure gauge readings change lightly);
○ Observe if all pressing zone of oil level indication windows display orange;
Disqualification for above condition, the product may have a hidden danger of damaged core body, so it does not allow to be installed at once. It should be check if there is a leakage on the sealing cover plates and the valves on the pipeline by the sealing test. If it is not the above reasons, connect with our company;
●The appearance check: Check if there is a bruising, obvious bruising etc. on the conservator surface;
●The counting accessories: Count the part quantity according to “the good acceptance receipt”;
●The document check: The document bag should include following carrying documents:
An installation& use manual
A factory inspection report
A certificate
A supply list
Other information requested by the contract
The user should check according to the above requirement seriously and fill on “the good acceptance receipt” to help our company to know the fulfillment state of the transportation company for the transport contract.
8、产品安装 Product installation
8.1 安装准备
●打开充气阀,释放储油柜内部气压;
●采用充气加压法使芯体做一次由最高油位→最低油位→最高油位的运动;
●拆除排气管压力显示装置,拆除注排油管充气装置、通向变压器管路盖板,打开呼吸管阀门;
●准备与储油柜联接的蝶阀、联管、螺栓及胶垫等配件;
●配备注油机、油桶、气源(小型气泵或氮气瓶用于油位调整)及常用工具。
The installation preparation
●Open the injecting valve to release the gas pressure in the conservator;
●Use the injecting gas increasing pressure method to make the core body do a movement from the highest oil level to the lowest oil level to the highest oil level;
●Disassemble the pressure display device, the injecting gas device as well the cover plate of the pipeline connected to the transformer and open the valve on the respiratory tube;
●Prepare butterfly valve, connection pile, gas relay, bolts and rubber washer etc;
●Provide the injecting oil machine, oil barrel, gas source (a small gas pump or Nitrogen gas bottle) as well common tools.
8.2 储油柜管路安装、控制线路连接
●将储油柜吊装到储油柜支架上方并固定好;
●将排气管、注排油管、呼吸管分别引向下至便于操作的高度,并安装密封可靠的阀门,以便于储油柜的油位指示调整和注排油操作;
●安装储油柜通向变压器管路的蝶阀、联管(或波纹管)、气体继电器,见图五;
●关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀;
●将最高油位和最低油位报警装置控制线路接好,见图三。
The conservator pipeline installation and the control circuit connection
●Lift the conservator on the stand and fix it well;
●Put the discharging gas pipe, the injecting & discharging oil pipe and the respiratory tube down to the height to help the operation and install the sealed valve reliably to help the oil level indicator adjustment on the conservator and the injecting oil operation;
●Install the butterfly valve, the connection pipe (or soft pipe), gas relay on the pipeline from the conservator to the transformer; See the figure 5
●Close the butterfly valve on the pipeline to the transformer;
●Connect the oil level control circuit well. See the figure 3

8.3 注油前油位指示调整 见图六
储油柜运输到厂时,储油柜油位指示为最高温度,注油前须采用下述充气加压法将储油柜油位指示调至略低于变压器现场油温(油位指示可设为低于现场油温5℃),油位指示由高温向低温调整方法如下:
○关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀;
○关闭注排油管阀门,打开排气管阀门和呼吸管阀门;
○从呼吸管充气加压,油位指示至预定油位时,迅速关闭呼吸管阀门,停止充气加压;
注意:油位指示调整好后,须关闭呼吸管阀门,直到注油完毕。
Oil level indicator adjustment before inject oil . See the figure 6
When the conservator is transported into the factory, the oil level indication on the conservator is the highest temperature. Before inject oil, it is necessary to use the following injecting gas for increasing pressure method to adjust it to lower than transformer oil temperature on site(the oil level indication can be set as lower 5℃ than the oil temperature on site). The adjustment method of adjusting oil level from the high temperature to low temperature is following:
○ Close the butterfly on the pipeline to the transformer;
○ Close the valve on the injecting & discharging oil pipe and open the valve on the discharging gas pipe and the valve on the respiratory tube;
○ Increase pressure from the respiratory tube by injecting gas. When the oil level indication reaches at the predetermined oil level, quick close the respiratory tube and stop the injecting gas;
Note: After the oil level is adjusted, it is necessary to keep the valve closing on the respiratory tube until the injecting oil is finished.

8.4 注油,见图七
○保持呼吸管阀门、通向变压器管路的蝶阀关闭;
○打开排气管阀门;
○联结油泵管路至注排油管,打开注排油阀门,启动油泵;
○从注排油管注入变压器油,直至储油柜内空气从排气管排净稳定出油后,停止注油;
○第一次注满油后应静置1小时,以便油中气体充分析出。同时将散热器、套管升高座及其它高点集气从各自排气阀排出;
○然后再次向储油柜注油,直至排气管稳定出油;
○关闭排气管阀门,停止注油;
○打开呼吸管阀门,检查油位指示,油位指示偏差小于±5℃。
○将储油柜置于待运行状态。
呼吸管阀门、通向变压器管路的蝶阀打开,
排气管阀门、注排油管阀门关闭。
注意:注油时必须将储油柜油腔内气体排净,以免形成假油位。
Oil-filling
●Keep the respiratory tube valve and the butterfly valve on the pipeline to transformer close;
●Open the valve on the discharging gas pipe;
●Connect the pipeline of the oil pump to the injecting & discharging oil pipe and open the valve on the injecting & discharging oil pipe and start the oil pump;
●Inject transformer oil from the injecting & discharging oil pipe until air in the conservator is discharged out and the oil flows out stably then stop injecting oil;

●After first times of injecting oil fully, it should be waited statically for one hour in order to let air in oil fully separate out;
●Inject oil into the conservator again until oil flows out stably from the discharging gas pipe;
●Close the valve on the discharging gas pipe and stop injecting oil; See the figure 7;
●Open the valve on the respiratory tube and check the oil level indicator. The difference of the oil level indicator should be less than ±5℃, otherwise it should be adjusted again;
●Put the conservator into the waiting running state.
Open the valve on the respiratory tube and the butterfly valve on the pipeline to transformer;
Close the valve on the discharging gas pipe and the valve on the injecting & discharging oil pipe.
Note: When inject oil, it is necessary to discharge air in the conservator out completely to avoid to forming a false oil level.
8.5 注油后油位指示调整
储油柜注油后,变压器检修或运行中如油位指示偏差较大,超过±5℃,须在带油状态下进行油位指示调整,调整方法如下:
●油位指示偏高
○关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀;
○打开排气管阀门,从呼吸管缓慢充气加压,油从排气管缓慢溢出,油位指示至预定油位时,迅速关闭排气管阀门,同时迅速关闭呼吸管阀门,调整完毕后打开呼吸管阀门。
注意:带油状态下切勿从注排油口直接排油,从注排油口直接排油会产生假油位
●油位指示偏低
○关闭通向变压器管路的蝶阀;
○打开呼吸管阀门,关闭排气管阀门,从注排油管向储油柜内注油,油位指示至预定油位时,迅速关闭注排油管阀门,停止注油,调整完毕。
The oil level indicator adjustment after inject oil
After the conservator is injected full, if the oil level indicator difference during the transformer maintenance or running is too big i.e. over ±5℃, it is necessary to carry out the oil level indicator adjustment. The adjustment method is follow:
●The oil level is too high
○ Close the butterfly valve on the pipeline to transformer;
○ Open the valve on the discharging gas pipe and inject gas to increase pressure from the respiratory tube slowly and the oil flow out from the discharging gas pipe slowly. When the oil level indicator reaches at the predetermined oil level, quick close the valve on the discharging gas pipe and stop inject gas and the adjustment is finished.
●The oil level is too low
○ Close the butterfly valve on the pipeline to transformer;
○ Open the valve on the respiratory tube and close the valve on the discharging gas pipe. Inject oil into the conservator from injecting & discharging oil pipe. When the oil level indicator reaches at the predetermined oil level, close the valve on the injecting & discharging gas pipe quickly.
Note: Under have oil state, do not discharge oil directly from the injecting & discharging oil hole, because
discharge oil directly from the injecting & discharging oil hole will produce a false oil level.
8.6 真空注油
●打开排气口阀,从呼吸口抽真空至变压器所需真空度,关闭呼吸口阀门(此时磁翻转油位计上部压合区磁翻柱也全显橙色);见图八
●对储油柜油腔及变压器本体抽真空,在此过程中,应严密监视磁翻转油位计橙色区。如显白,应检查呼吸腔是否有泄漏现象,如整个磁翻转油位计显白过半,应立即停止真空注油。否则由于呼吸腔不保真空,继续抽真空将损坏波纹芯体。
●按稍高于环境温度对应的注油量真空注油;见图九
●排气口阀打开,从呼吸口充气(小于0.02MPa),至排气口稳定出油,且油位显示稍低于环境温度,关闭排气口阀。

Vacuum Oil-filling
● Open the exhaust pipe valve, vacuum from the mouth of respiratory pipe to the required vacuum degree, close the respiratory pipe valve (in this case the whole pressing zone of the magnet turnover oil level indicator display orange); See the figure 8
●Vacuum the oil chamber of conservator and the transformer, in this process should be closely monitored the orange zone of the magnet turnover oil level indicator. As was white, should check whether there is leakage in respiratory chamber, if the magnetic flip of the oil level indicator was half white, you should immediately stop the vacuum. Otherwise, vacuum will damage the corrugated core body as the respiratory chamber can not maintain the vacuum.
●Oil-filling to the volume slightly higher than that the ambient temperature required from oil-filling pipe or transformer. See the figure 9
