做法
抓一把洗净的粉丝放入竹制的漏勺里,在热汤里来回地晃动,烫上一两分钟。将烫熟的粉丝倒进碗里,再捞出些鸭血和油果子,加上汤水,撒上切好备用的熟鸭肠、鸭肝、香菜,喜欢吃辣的客人还可以浇勺红红的辣油。
