教材分析
本单元写作训练的要求是让学生就“自己的变化”从外貌、性格和爱好等三方面写一篇文章，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。能够运用used to表达人的行为变化。
学情分析
通过学习，能够正确地对人物的相貌、性格特点和个人爱好等的变化，进行今非昔比。
设计理念
先描述自己在外貌特征、性格特点和兴趣爱好等方面变化，完成3a中写作的准备工作；
认真阅读3b的写作要求，根据提供的写作模版，完成写作任务。
教学目标
能够运用所学的How we have changed话题的相关内容，表达自己行为的变化，完成写作任务。 
教学重点
灵活运用所学How we have changed话题的相关内容，完成3b部分的写作任务。
教学难点
正确运用used to do sth./used to be+adj.
教学方法
根据教学目标和教学内容，利用小组合作和情境教学等途径，引导学生学习范文，提供材料教学写作，并仿照范文用自己的语言来描述自己的变化。 
学习方法
通过范文学习，对比自己的变化，让学生参与描述自己过去和写作不同在那些方面，并注意细节方面的变化，最终写出一篇文章来想别人介绍自己与过去“今非昔比”

 在完成这次写作的过程中，我采用一些教学策略、方法的变换，如：让优生和后进生互相批改，一方面优生可以帮助他们改正更多的错误，另一方面，后进生可以学习优生的一些写作技巧。
