施工现场安全制度
Security System of Construction Site
1、施工现场必须指定专人负责安全和防护工作，发现安全隐患立即整改。
1. Construction Site must have persons, who specially assigned for security and safety; take measures immediately once discover hidden trouble.
2、进入施工现场人员，必须戴好安全帽，高空作业时必须系好安全带。
2. Persons who enter the site must wear safety helmet, and wear life belt when work aloft.
3、脚手架、安全网、防护棚按标准进行搭设。
3. Build up scaffold, safety net and safety shed should according to the standard strictly.
4、楼梯口、电梯口、出入口及各临边安全防护措施要牢固可靠。

5、井字架、龙门架、照明架、电梯进口搭设和防护符合标准。

6、进入现场禁止打闹、严禁酒后操作，防止发生意外事故。

7、各工种上岗前工长必须进行书面安全交底，必须按规程操作，杜绝违章行为，防止事故发生。

施工现场消防保卫制度
Safe and Fire Control System of Construction Site
1、施工现场设专人负责保卫、消防工作，经常对施工人员进行宣传、教育，参加检查、落实整改。
1. Assigned persons specially for safeguard and fire protection; propagandize, educate builders frequently.
2、按照国家有关规定制定现场保卫、消防措施，消防器材布局合理，与平面图相符，防火标志明显。
2. Make safety and fire control measures according to relative regulations of the country; distribute fire device in reason match with ichnograph, have obvious fireproof symbol.
3、现场建立保卫消防组织，设立警卫室，加强巡逻，要保证道路通畅，保证消防器材灵敏有效。
3. Set up safety and fire control system at site, build up gatehouse, and enhance patrol, make sure the patency of the road and the efficiency of the fire control equipments.
4、现场严禁吸烟，动用明火和电气焊作业必须开动火证并按规范操作，必须持证上岗。
4. Forbid smoking, pen fire, electric and gas welding at site must be operated with certificate under the rule.
5、建筑物内不准存料、住人、使用电热具，受场地所限时可与相关部门签约并有保卫消防措施。
5. Forbid store materials, live and use electric heating facilities at site; can sign with relative departments own safety and fire control facilities together for limited by the ground.
6、临建搭设符合消防规定，仓库内易燃物与料具不得混放，油漆库与配料分开；剧毒、易燃物专批专用，严格管理程序。
6. Temporary sheds match with the fire control regulations; tinder cannot be stored with other materials together; storeroom for paint should be detached from burden; poison and tender can only be used with permission.
7、现场人员要文明施工，严禁赌博、酗酒、传播淫秽物品和打架斗殴，不私拿公物，不扰乱社会治安。
7. Personnel at site should work civilly, forbid gambling, bibulosity, transferring obscenity goods and fighting, do not hold public property and disturb the social peace.
8、严禁使用未办手续人员，现场重点部位、要害部位要有保卫措施，发生案件要保护好现场并协同公安机关查破。
8. Forbid employ workers without procedure, make safety measures for the key point; keep the site if there is law case occur.

施工现场场容管理制度
Appearance Managing System of Construction Site
1、项目经理部要按照“树立企业形象，严格执行标准，节约施工成本”的原则，认真抓好文明施工管理。
1. Department of project managers should obey the rules of “set up visualize, carry out standard, economize cost”.
2、工人操作地点和周围必须清洁整齐，干活脚下清，活完料净。施工垃圾和撒漏的混凝土要及时清理。
2. Work place and surround must be tidy. Garbage should be clean up immediately.
3、各种材料及构配件按要求分规格码放整齐，合理保管，使用方便。
3. Kinds of materials and fittings should be put in order, store in reason and use conveniently.
4、施工现场平面布置要严格执行施工组织设计施工平面图。
4. Plane collocation of the site should strictly according to the inchnograph of the construction organization.
5、施工现场要严格执行分片包干和个人岗位责任制，做到整个现场清洁整齐文明。
5. Strictly obey the rule of system of personal post responsibility to keep the whole site tidy.
6、施工现场道路和场地必须平整、坚实，并有排水措施，道路要畅通，不得尘土飞扬。
6. Road and ground at site must be stable and have drainage system, cannot be dusty.
7、建筑物内外，禁止随地大小便，经常保持清洁卫生。
7. Forbid relieve oneself everywhere in or out constructions.
8、办公用房、宿舍、仓库、作业棚等临时设施必须安全可靠。
8. Official houses, dormitories, storehouses and other temporary establishments should be on the safe site。

环保管理制度
Appearance Managing System of Environment Protection
1、施工现场必须指定专人负责环保工作，定时对施工人员进行环保宣传、教育、检查、整改等日常工作。
1. Assigned persons especially for the environment protection, carry out propaganda, education, inspection frequently of daily work.
2、生活垃圾定点存放，建筑垃圾严禁从高处下抛，要设专用容器或从垃圾道运下，及时清运。
2. Put domestic garbage at fixed point, forbid throw construction waste aloft. Set container for garbage or carry the waste away by garbage tunnel.
3、现场搭设全封闭搅拌机棚，防止扬尘，噪声污染，搅拌机前设沉淀池，严禁直接排入市政管线。
3. Build miser shed, avoid dust and noise; set sedimentation at the front of mixer, forbid pour into municipal pipeline directly.
4、机械设备要远离宿舍区，受场地限制时要搭设隔音棚，减少噪音。
4. Keep Machines far away from dormitories, set sound insulations shed if limited by the filed.
5、施工现场保持清洁，无污水和积水，干燥季节要设专人洒水。
5. Make sure the cleanness of the site, with out swage and seeper, assign person specially for aspersion in dry seasons.
6、茶炉、大灶严禁排放黑烟，食堂污水经沉淀后外排。
6. Forbid water boiler and kitchen range let dark smoke; sewage of eatery can only be discharged after deposition.
7、现场油料库要做好特殊处理，防止渗漏；水泥白灰等材料要遮盖管理好，使用时防止扬尘。
7. Storage for oil should be managed specially, avoid leaking; cement, whit lime and other materials of this kind should be blot out, avoid dust emission.
8、100人以上食堂设置隔油池，定期掏油。
8. Set oil separating tank for the eatery with more than 100 persons, draw out oil termly.

施工现场卫生基本要求
Sanitations Requirements of Construction Site
1、施工现场指派专人负责环卫工作，划分卫生责任区，坚持检查监督整改，保持现场整洁。
1. Assign person specially for sanitation, crave up the responsibility, keep the cleanness of the site.
2、办公室、休息室民工宿舍经常打扫保持清洁、整齐。
2. Dight offices, drawing room and dormitories frequently.
3、垃圾集中存放，及时清运，不随便倒污水、污物。
3. Store the garbage centralizely, and clean them in time, do not pour sewage and filth voluntarily.
4、伙房必须办理了两证，炊具干净，生熟食品分开有遮盖，炊事人员保持个人卫生，上岗必须穿戴工作服、帽。
4. Kitchen must have two certificates, keep the cookers clean and the raw food and cooked food in separation. Kitchens must wear work clothes and cap before work to keep the individual sanitation.
5、建筑物内不准存料、住人、使用电热具，受场地所限时可与有关部门签订协议并有保卫、消防措施。

6、临设符合防火要求，仓库内易燃物与料具不得混放，油漆库与配料分开；剧毒、易燃物专批专用，严格管理手续。

7、现场人员要文明施工，施工现场整洁卫生，无积水，车辆不带泥沙出现场；不随地乱扔、乱倒废弃物。
7、Local personnel are desired to construct cirily, construction field is tidy, not accumulated water、vehicles do not go out the site with sedimentation, not permit to pour rubbish unordered.
8、职工饮水卫生，现场保证开水供应。
8、Worker’s drinking water must be net, and guarantee the supply of the boiled water.
