申办《外国人就业许可证书》
申办《中华人民共和国外国人就业许可证书》：
用人单位应在外国人入境之前申办《外国人就业许可证书》。
a.填写正确的《外国人就业申请表》二份；
b.经年检有效的营业执照副本、注册证或登记证（复印件），验资报告（复印件），外商投资企业还需提供批准证书（复印件）；
c.拟聘用外国人的申请书（由聘用单位出具，说明聘用原因和理由）；
d.聘用意向书（由聘用单位出具，说明拟聘用期限、职位和工作职责）或派遣证明（属境外单位派遣且劳动报酬等由境外支付，以及涉外项目中的技术人员不与用人单位签订劳动合同的，应由境外派遣单位出具派遣证明文书，应明确该境外人员与境外单位签订劳动合同，建立劳动关系，薪资由境外支付，并注明派遣期限、派驻岗位、从事工作等内容，境外派遣单位签章；非外商企业批准证书中所列投资方派遣的，提交第三方派遣证明及境外投资者补充说明，说明派遣方、被派遣方以及投资方之间的关系，如聘用意向书或派遣证明是外文的，需同时提供中文翻译件，翻译件由用人单位盖章）；
e.外国人履历证明（含最终学历和完整的经历，须中文打印，用人单位盖章。如履历证明是外文的，需同时提供中文翻译件，翻译件由用人单位盖章）；
f.外国人任职的相关资格证明（学历证明、技能资格证明、由该外国人原工作单位出具从事与受聘岗位相关的工作资历证明）（原件及正规翻译社中文翻译件）；
g.拟聘用的外国人健康状况证明（原件及复印件）；
h.无犯罪记录证明（由所在国警察局、司法部、使领馆出具，原件及正规翻译社中文翻译件）；
i.拟聘用的外国人有效护照复印件；
j.其他补充材料。※注意事项。
《外国人就业许可证书》自签发之日起六个月有效，过期不办有关手续的，许可证书自动失效。
