播放胖虎與靜香的三餐表：
複習六大類食物及引發思考怎麼吃才健康。

二、發展活動
1.利用Flash介紹飲食金字塔
第一層：五穀根莖類（吃最多）
第二層：蔬菜類、水果類（吃多些）
第三層：奶類、肉魚豆蛋類（吃適量）
第四層：油鹽糖類（吃最少）
由金字塔中，可以了解越頂層的食物必須吃越少。

2.利用Flash介紹飲食紅綠燈
綠燈可食－如白飯、土司、各類水果、水煮蛋、瘦肉、
愛玉、少糖果凍（高營養。熱量較低，油、
糖較少）
黃燈淺嚐－如炒飯、漢堡、披薩、花生、現搾果汁、水
餃、花枝丸（營養適中，熱量適中，含油、
糖稍高）
紅燈閉口－如蛋糕、夾心餅乾、香腸、巧克力、冰淇淋、
薯條、甜甜圈、可樂等（低營養，高熱量，
油、糖含量較高)
利用飲食紅綠燈測驗動畫來評量學生是否能分辨食物的
顏色分類，學生利用舉牌來回答問題。

三、綜合活動
1. 利用飲食小博士的遊戲來評量學生是否對於教學內容都
能理解。
2. 針對學生於課堂上所發生的錯誤加以釐清，並提醒課堂
上雖未發生，但是容易犯錯的觀念。
3.「吃是一件大事」、「好好吃，是一件好事」、「懂得吃是
愛惜自己的第一步」
4. 水的魔術（備案）
