二、Main construction staff’s responsibilities主要施工管理人员职责
1、Project manager项目经理
© to carry out the relevant state laws and regulations, decrees, entrusted by the general manager, the implementation of company general manager to set up the quality policy, policy, target, the contract within the scope of the project quality, time, cost, and will be entirely responsible for HSE management.贯彻执行国家有关的法规、法令，受公司总经理委托，执行公司总经理制定的质量方针、政策、目标，对合同范围内的工程质量、工期、成本及HSE管理全面负责。

4、HSE specialist专职安全员职责
© familiar with and master safety production dynamic, collection and the dyke construction site HSE information, timely report to the HSE manager.熟悉和掌握安全生产动态，收集和反溃施工现场HSE信息，及时向HSE经理汇报。
© check construction personnel at the scene at any time is properly carried out safety operation procedures and to observe the safety rules and regulations, to prevent illegal behavior随时在现场检查施工人员是否正确执行了安全操作规程和遵守安全规章制度的情况，制止违章行为。
© check and maintain the good scene safety facilities, to ensure the reliability of the site safety facilities.检查和维护好现场的安全设施，确保现场安全设施的可靠性。

Chapter3 Construction deployment 第三章 施工部署
一、Preparation施工前的准备工作
1、All procedures to be done per requirements按施工要求办理各种施工手续
Positively related to construction, the total package units to deal with the construction procedures, such as construction personnel safety education, ensure the legitimacy of the construction, make the project smoothly.积极与建设、总包单位办理有关的施工手续，如施工人员安全教育等，保证施工的合法性，使工程顺利开工。
2、Tech. preparation认真做好技术准备工作
(1) under the organization of the project manager, familiar with drawings carefully and deeply understand the design intent and design requirements, questions and Suggestions to the design drawings, and in conjunction with the owner, supervision and design institutes, the blue prints.the design so as to guide the construction.在项目经理的组织下，认真熟悉图纸，深刻理解设计意图及设计要求，提出对设计图纸的疑问和建议，并会同业主、监理和设计院进行图纸会审，从而指导施工。
(2) according to the requirements of construction actively equipped with all kinds of management information, technical data, construction specifications, acceptance criteria, under the organization of the project manager for the relevant construction technical clarificaiton work按施工要求积极配备各类管理资料、技术资料、施工规范、验收标准，在项目经理的组织下进行各有关施工技术交底工作。
(3) Carry out all tech. requirements贯彻施工方案的各项技术要求。
3、Equipments & material preparation认真做好设备、材料的供应工作
Do a good job, the supply of equipment, material is the basis to ensure the project completed on time.According to the project schedule, project department, plan well component product and material approach as planned by the materials department prepares materials procurement, the project according to the request of the construction unit choose inspection qualified pipe pile factory products, to provide qualified products on time with good quality.做好设备、材料的供应工作，是确保工程项目按时完成的基础。根据工程进度要求，项目部做好构件产品和材料的进场计划，由材料部门按计划进行备料采购，本工程根据建设单位要求选用考察合格的管桩厂产品，保质保量按时提供合格产品。
Equipment maintenance and inspection by the regulation, check it again for main equipment before entry to ensure the performance of play equipment is in good condition.设备按规定维修、检验，进场前对主要设备再次检查确认，以保证进场设备处于良好的性能状态。
4、Construction electricity preparation认真做好施工用电准备工作
The project plans to input 1 YZY - 300 type pile machine, total power consumption of not less than 120 kw.本工程计划投入1台YZY-300型桩机，总用电量不少于120kw。
Construction units to provide the total power in construction planning red line within the scope of my project department from the total package units to provide construction distribution box, and then supply power to piling area construction power cable will be used for access to the site to establish distribution box, with a cable from the construction of electricity, electricity box to set up a good grounding device and the leakage switch, prevent to get an electric shock.建设单位提供总电源位于施工规划红线范围内，我项目部从总包单位提供的施工配电箱引出，然后向打桩区域供电，采用电缆将施工用电接入到现场增设的配电箱，再用电缆接到各施工用电点，电箱要设置良好的接地装置及漏电开关，防止触电。
Site construction electricity lines and distribution box set adopts three-phase five wire system, construction of electricity power box location layout.现场施工用电线路及配电箱设置均采用三相五线制，施工用电的电源箱位置见平面布置图。
5、Surveying preparation测量放样的准备工作
According to the level of the construction unit to provide the coordinates of control points and control points, in strict accordance with the design and construction drawings, axis control point positioning in J2 theodolite.根据建设单位提供的座标控制点和水准控制点，严格按设计施工图纸，用J2经纬仪进行轴线控制点定位。
Axis to the axis of the piles with solid protection, then every axis of each axis arranged according to the axis of the pile pile, with J2 theodolite measuring out the pile engineering samples, requirements have to be lofting Φ 6 round steel, the error shall not be greater than 1 cm.对现场轴线的各个轴线桩进行稳固保护，再根据轴线桩布设各条轴线的各分轴线桩，用J2经纬仪测放出各工程样桩，要求要Φ6圆钢进行放样，其误差不得大于1cm。
Axis positioning also completes the review work, each time to review the measurement data should be archived for future reference, and please build supervision and owner unit check, and make the book visa face to face.轴线定位还做好复核工作，每次复核测量数据应存档备查，并请建监理及业主单位核验，并做好书面签证。
6、Site preparation场地准备
（1）Construction site must be flat topography, venue is not flatness should be < 1%, construction areas around open drain, field with blind ditch, asking for a flat, the rain stopped not water施工现场地势必须平坦，场地不平整度应＜1% ，施工区域四周开设排水沟，场内设盲沟，要求达到雨停场平，不积水。
二、Site plan施工现场总平面布置示意图
1、in accordance with the total package units construction layout plan, ready to live life, construction of temporary facilities.按照总包单位施工平面布置规划，做好现场生活、施工的临时设施。
2、considering of the need to transport goods pile, the construction site to north and south road, the goods can transport to the whole construction area.Road turning radius shall meet the operation of the truck.考虑到商品桩运输的需要，在施工现场道路要南北向贯通，使商品桩能运输到整个施工区域。道路的转弯半径应满足载重车的运行。
