Full Container Load (FCL) 整箱货

bill of lading(waybill): 海运提单,简称B/L，在对外贸易中，运输部门承运货物时签发给发货人的一种凭证。收货人凭提单向货运目的地的运输部门提货，提单须经承运人或船方签字后始能生效。是海运货物向海关报关的有效单证之一。

海运提单,是承运人或其代理人应托运人的要求所签发的货物收据（RECEIPT OF GOODS），在将货物收归其照管后签发，证明已收到提单上所列明的货物；是一种货物所有权凭证（DOCUMENT OF TITLE）。提单持有人可据以提取货物，也可凭此向银行押汇，还可在载货船舶到达目的港交货之前进行转让；是承运人与托运人之间运输合同的证明。

pre-carrriage by: 是前段运输，不一定是船，一般此处很少填写；

VESSEL /VOY/FLAG: 分别是船名/航次/船旗

CONTAINER VESSEL是指集装箱专用船

CY=container yard是指集装箱堆厂;

CY/CY=container yard to container yard 从集装箱堆厂到集装箱堆厂,是国际贸易多式联运模式(multi-modal)之一

consignee: 受托者,收货方,

consignor: 委托人,发货方,

POD =port of discharge 就是卸货港的意思;

20GP,就是指20尺的是平箱也就是普通柜;长6米,宽2.4米,高2.4米

FCL，就是指整箱货 FULL CONTAINER LOADING

40HQ,就是40尺高柜（40'HQ：40 feet HIGH CUBE)外箱尺寸：40英尺*8英尺*9英尺6寸,内容积为11.8米X2.13米X2.72米.配货毛重一般为22吨,体积为68立方米
HC/HQ是一个意思.

理论上: (实际上我们不可能装那么多)
20GP可以装 33.2 CBM ,箱自重 2.5吨
40GP可以装 67.7 CBM ,箱自重 3.8 吨
40HQ可以装 76.4 CBM ,箱自重 3.8至4吨
45HQ可以装 86.1 CBM,

TEU是英文Twenty-foot Equivalent Unit的缩写。是以长度为2O英尺的集装箱为国际计量单位,也称国际标准箱单位。通常用来表示船舶装载集装箱的能力,也是集装箱和港口吞吐量的重要统计、换算单位

carrier:承运人(公司)海运多数是指船公司.

as agent of carrier: 意思是作为某某承运人的代理

shipped on board: 这个SHIPPED ON BOARD就表明是"CLEAN ON BOARD"的意思。因为只有在提单上有不良批注的提单才是非"CLEAN ON BOARD"提单。所以，只要在提单上打SHIPPED ON BOARD就可以了。

Freight Prepaid ：运费预付，意思是运费在启运港由出口方支付
Freight Collect ：运费到付，意思是运费在目的港由进口方支付

Carriage of goods by chartering =tramp shipping租船货运,即不定期船运输,是相对于班轮货运而言的

Standard charter-party form: 标准租船范本

Voyage charter (trip charter):航次租船方式,即”四个特定”(船舶/货物/航次/港口)

Contract of Affreightment (COA) 包运合同,包运租船方式
=Quantity contract /volume contract,是指，船舶所有人提供给租船人一定吨位（指运力），在确定的港口之间，以事先约定的年数(a number of years),航次周期和每航次较均等的货运量(voyage frequency & fairly equal quantities),完成运输合同规定的总运量(total volume)的方式
