State Key Laboratory of Automobile Dynamic Simulation, Jilin University) 【Abstract】Thermoelectric technology, which uses thermoelectric materials to convert thermal energy directly into electricity for power generation, also converts electricity into thermal energy for heating or refrigeration, is an all-solid energy conversion mode, it needs no chemical reaction or fluid medium. The basic principle of thermoelectric technology is introduced in the paper, and application of thermoelectric device in auto tail-gas residual heat recovery, reduction of harmful gas emission in tail gas as well as in new auto air conditioning system, are also discussed. The development of thermoelectric technology in China is introduced briefly in the paper. Key words: Thermoelectric technology; Automobile; Application xPC 目标环境下CAN卡驱动模块的开发 李建华 宋传学 靳立强 曾小华 (吉林大学) 【摘要】使用xPC目标可以将一台PC兼容机制转变为一个实时系统,基于CAN总线技术的硬件在环测试平台建立ESP系统可使其开发比传统方法更加方便、快捷。由于在xPC Target模块中没有可直接调用的CAN PCI-1680U的驱动模块,因此利用S-function编写了xPC Target下可调用的驱动模块,并应用于ESP硬件在环试验台中,完成了ECU与传感器之间的CAN通信任务。 关键词:CAN总线;xPC 目标;驱动模块; ESP Development of CAN Card Driver in xPC Target Environment Li Jianhua; Song Chuanxue; Jin Liqiang; Zeng Xiaohua (Jilin University) 【Abstract】With xPC Target, we can convert a PC compatible computer into a real-time system. The establishment of ESP system with hardware in-loop test bench based on CAN bus technology makes its development more convenient and faster than traditional method. Since there is not a drive module of CAN PCI-1680U which could be invoked directly in xPC Target, the author uses S-function to compile a drive module which can be invoked in xPC Target and applies it in ESP hardware-in-loop test bench, and achieves the CAN telecommunication between ECU and sensors. Key words: CAN Bus; xPC Target; Driver module; ESP 基于CFD的液压阻尼器低速特性仿真分析 贺李平 顾亮 刘建勇 王猛 (北京理工大学) 【摘要】以液压阻尼器结构特点为基础,采用预留液体间隙层方法模拟阻尼器的内部泄漏,建立了具有较高精度的阻尼器流体网格模型,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值方法对其进行了仿真分析,获得了阻尼器低速特性以及内流场规律。测试结果验证了CFD仿真分析的准确性。 关键词:液压阻尼器;CFD;仿真分析 Simulative Analysis of Low Speed Characteristics for Hydraulic Dampers based on CFD He Liping, Gu Liang, Liu Jianyong, Wang Meng (Beijing Institute of Technology) 【Abstract】The internal leakage of hydraulic dampers is modeled with prearranged fluid layer on the basis of structural characteristic of dampers, then, the fluid grid model of dampers with high accuracy is established, and used for CFD simulation. Finally, the low speed characteristics and internal fluid field distribution of dampers are obtained. The experiments prove that the CFD simulation is satisfactory accurate. Key words: Hydraulic dampers; CFD; Simulative analysis 重型载货汽车不分离离合器AMT技术 王云成 王庆年 谢飞 王建华 (吉林大学) 【摘要】针对载货汽车装备电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)的技术需求,提出了不分离离合器AMT技术,并对其系统组成、工作原理以及电动换挡和发动机调控等关键技术进行了分析。对应用不分离离合器AMT技术的某样车进行了换挡过程试验仿真分析和试验。结果表明,重型载货汽车采用不分离离合器AMT技术,可以在保证换挡平顺性的基础上有效地缩短换挡时间。 主题词:重型载货汽车 AMT 不分离离合器 Non-release-clutch Technology of AMT for Heavy Duty Truck Wang Yuncheng; Wang Qingnian; Xie Fei; Wang Jianhua (Jilin University) 【Abstract】For technical need of heavy duty truck equipped with AMT, non-release-clutch technology is presented, and its system structure, operating principle as well as some key technologies like electrical power shift and engine regulation are analyzed. Gear shift process test simulation analysis and test are carried out for a sample vehicle equipped with non-release-clutch AMT technology. The simulation results show that heavy duty truck with this technology can shorten gearshift time effectively while ensuring shifting smoothness. Changchun Xuyang Faway Johnson Automotive Seat frame Co.,Ltd) 【Abstract】A detailed finite element analysis model of a car rear seat frame was built in this paper. The static stiffness and dynamic impact strength of the seat frame are simulated and analyzed based on the enterprise standard on seat back stiffness and GB15083-2006 Test Method of Occupant Protective Device during Luggage Displacement. The force bearing requirement of the locking device of seat back is presented, and a lightweight design of the seat back structure is put forward according to results of the analysis. The results of simulative analysis show that seat mass is reduced effectively on the prerequisite of meeting the requirement of regulations. Key words: Seat; Light Weight; Finite element analysis 汽车发动机点火系统电磁兼容优化技术研究 李 旭 吴存学 何举刚 蔡 恒 陈立东 翟建鹏 郭迪军 (中国长安汽车股份有限公司) 【摘要】在分析汽车发动机点火系统电磁干扰产生机理的基础之上,对干扰抑制措施进行了研究。在所搭建的点火系统电磁兼容试验台架上,对部分抑制措施进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用阻值较大及阻尼电阻长度较长的火花塞、在点火线圈的初级和次级绕组间加入屏蔽层,以及采用滤波器等可有效提高汽车发动机点火系统的电磁兼容性能。 主题词:发动机 点火系统 电磁干扰 抑制措施 Research on Electromagnetic Compatibility Optimization Technology for Automotive Engine Ignition System Li Xu, Wu Cunxue, He Jugang, Cai Heng, Chen Lidong, Zhai Jianpeng, Guo Dijun (China Changan Automobile Co., Ltd) 【Abstract】Based on the analysis of the mechanism which gives rise to the automotive ignition system EMI, EMI suppression method is investigated. And we established the test bench to validate the EMI suppression method. The results show that selection of spark plug with bigger resistance and longer damping resistance length, and adding a shielding layer to the primary and secondary winding of ignition coil, and also adopting EMI filter can enhance EMC performance of the automotive ignition system effectively. Engine compartment of nearly twenty economy passenger cars is studied in the paper, and these principles are explained according to the typical package cases of passenger car engine compartment. Key words: Passenger car; Engine compartment; Key components; Package 发动机曲柄连杆机构活塞销卡滞现象机理分析 司庆九 詹樟松 闵龙 徐勇 (长安汽车工程研究院) 【摘要】通过仿真计算分析了某发动机在开发过程中出现的曲柄连杆机构活塞销卡滞现象的机理和本质,并提出了“残余间隙”概念。在刚度一定条件下采用接触摩擦副变形图表明了装配间隙及其接触摩擦副的变形与“残余间隙”的关系,找到了曲柄连杆机构活塞销卡滞原因。在此基础上并结合工程实际提出了优化设计方案和摩擦副间隙的工程判据,通过试验验证了优化方案的可行性。 主题词:发动机 活塞销 卡滞 残余间隙 Analysis on the Piston Pin Seizing Mechanism of Engine Crank-connecting Rod Si Qingjiu, Zhan Zhangsong, Min Long, Xu Yong (Automotive Engineering Institute of Changan Automobile Co., Ltd) 【Abstract】The mechanism and nature of piston pin seizure occurring in the development of an engine is computed and analyzed by simulation in the paper, and the “residual clearance” concept is presented. The deformation diagram of the contact friction pair under a certain stiffness indicates the correlation between the deformation of assembling clearance and its contact friction pairs with “residual clearance”, the cause of piston pin seizure is thus identified. Based on this and combine with engineering practice, the engineering basis of optimization design and friction pair clearance is presented, test verifies feasibility of the optimized design. Key words:Engine; Piston pin; Seizure; Residual clearance 基于焊缝疲劳寿命预测的某轿车后桥改进设计 寇宏滨 赵永昌 刘立刚 (泛亚汽车技术中心有限公司) 【摘要】叙述了运用焊缝疲劳寿命预测技术对某车型扭转梁式后桥进行疲劳失效再现和改进设计的过程,改进后的后桥可以达到物理试验一次通过。虚拟分析预测出的疲劳寿命结果与物理试验结果非常接近,因此可以利用其部分或全部替代物理试验来验证后桥的改进设计。实践证明,基于有限元法的焊缝疲劳寿命预测技术能够有效降低开发过程中的盲目性,减少试验数量,缩短开发周期。 主题词:后桥 焊缝 疲劳寿命 有限元 The Design Improvement of Car Rear Axle based on Fatigue Life Prediction of Seam Weld Kou Hongbin, Zhao Yongchang, Liu Ligang (Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd) 【Abstract】The article introduces briefly the process of twist rear axle fatigue failure reproduction and design improvement based on the fatigue life prediction of seam weld, the improved twist rear axle can pass the physical durability test one-off. The predicted fatigue life with virtual analysis is very close to result of the physical test, therefore this method can be use to replace some or all the physical test during the twist axle development. Practice proves that the fatigue life prediction method of seam weld can effectively reduce the blindness of development, the quantities of physical test and the development cycle. Southwestern University of Finance and Economics) 【Abstract】 Motion analysis is made to the unitary and double cross universal coupling. The results indicate that phase angle θof the intermediate shaft is one of the factors causing fluctuation of moment at the output end of the driveline. A parameterized model of the double cross universal coupling is established with software Adams/View, with the minimized fluctuation of driven shaft moment as target. Optimized design study is carried out for different design variables and the optimal phase angle and axis hard point package program of the intermediate shaft are obtained. Key words: Double cross universal coupling; Intermediate shaft phase angle; Optimized design 车门结构优化设计的灵敏度分析研究 郝琪1.2 张继伟1 (1.湖北汽车工业学院;2.湖南大学 汽车车身先进设计制造国家重点实验室) 【摘要】采用灵敏度分析方法以质量轻为优化目标,扭转刚度和频率为约束条件,使车门相对原始设计质量减轻3.4%,扭转刚度提高10.2%,一阶频率提高1.6%。通过不同优化方案的比较证明,基于灵敏度分析的优化设计可为选择合理的设计变量提供依据,提高优化效率。 关键词:车门 优化设计 灵敏度分析 The Study on Car Door Optimization Based on Sensitivity Analysis Hao Qi1.2 Zhang Jiwei1 (1.Hubei Automotive Industries Institute; 2.State Key Laboratory of Advanced Design and Manufacture for Auto Body of Hunan University) 【Abstract】With the sensitivity analysis method, and taking the light mass as objective of optimization, torsion stiffness and frequency as constraint, mass of the door is reduced by 3.4%, torsion stiffness is increased by 10.2% and the fundamental frequency is increased by 1.6%, compared with the original design after optimization. By comparing different optimization designs, it is proved that the optimization design based on sensitivity analysis can provide foundation to choose proper design variables and improve optimization efficiency. A clutch diaphragm spring is set as an example, in which random vector is used to describe geometry size indicator of diaphragm spring, and by using Monte-Carlo simulation methods, the pseu-random vector samples which have identical mean values and different standard deviations are analyzed in order to investigate the applicability of using dimension vector variance matrix determinant and variance matrix trace to describe vector divergence of random vector. Key words: Clutch; Diaphragm springs; Geometric dimension; Divergence 燃料含硫量对柴油机颗粒物排放的影响研究 纪丽伟1、2 董尧清1 刘 雄2 (1.同济大学;2.上海柴油机股份有限公司) 【摘要】利用一台电控高压共轨欧Ⅲ柴油机,采用离子色谱法精确测取了颗粒排放物中硫酸盐的含量,对不同含硫量的柴油进行了颗粒物排放和硫酸盐的测量比较。结果表明,对于无催化转换装置的重型柴油机而言,与含硫量约为800×10-6的柴油相比,采用含硫量约为273×10-6的柴油时其颗粒排放降低了4.7%;开发无尾气后处理装置的电控柴油机,为满足欧Ⅲ排放标准,重点是柴油机本身燃烧系统的开发和控制润滑油消耗。 主题词:含硫量 柴油机 颗粒物排放 Investigation on the Effect of Sulfur Content in Fuel on Diesel Engine PM Emission Ji Liwei1、2, Dong Yaoqing1, Liu Xiong2 (1. Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd) 【Abstract】 With an Euro III diesel engine with electrical control and high pressure common rail as example, and use ion chromatography to accurately measure sulfate content in PM emission, PM emission and sulfate content are measured and compared to diesel fuel with different sulfur content. The results show that, for heavy duty diesel engine with no catalytic converter, PM emission of diesel fuel with sulfur content approx. 273×10-6 is reduced by 4.7% as compared with diesel fuel with sulfur content approx. 800×10-6; to meet Euro III emission standard, the key in the development of electronically-controlled diesel engine with no tail gas aftertreatment device is to develop diesel engine combustion system and control lubrication oil consumpt
