◆ 品牌历史
CJW，即指Cigar雪茄，Jazz爵士乐，Wine葡萄酒。

1998年，CJW第一家分店成立于台湾，其后共设三家分店，在短期内发展成为高级休闲的餐饮娱乐知名品牌。
2002年，CJW第二家分店上海新天地店开幕，掀起一股爵士乐热潮，被来自国内外的各界人士所喜爱和光临。
2003年，在上海金光外滩中心顶楼皇冠内，CJW第三家分店外滩中心店隆重开幕。
2004年，CJW外滩中心店被全球权威旅行家杂志 Conde Nast Traveler（美国版），评选为年度最新30家全球值得一去的高级酒廊和俱乐部。
2005/2006年，CJW连续被Shanghai Tatler读者评选为上海最佳餐厅之一。
2007年，CJW第四家分店北京世贸天阶店隆重开业。
2008年，CJW北京世贸天阶店被《周末画报》评选为最佳欧陆餐厅。
2008年，CJW北京世贸天阶店被The Beijinger外文杂志评选为读者最喜爱酒吧。
2009年，CJW北京世贸天阶店在TimeOut外文杂志主办的调酒师大赛中获取优胜大奖。
2011年，CJW进军华南最具国际风尚的都市娱乐目的地——华侨城欢乐海岸，将雪茄、爵士乐、美食美酒的品质生活方式延续到滨海城市深圳。

CJW深圳店所在的华侨城欢乐海岸(OCT BAY)是华侨城集团汇聚二十五年丰富的旅游、地产、文化资源和创新智慧为全面提升深圳滨海生活品质而倾情奉献的全新城市力作，位于深圳华侨城主题公园群与滨海大道之间，总占地面积125万平方米，是世界首座建在城市中心的湿地公园。欢乐海岸项目由欢乐海岸购物中心、曲水湾、椰林沙滩、度假公寓、华侨城湿地公园等五大区域和海水湖组成，成为深圳离市中心最近的亲海玩水休闲娱乐场所，也是南中国最具国际风尚的都市娱乐目的地。
◆  场地介绍
整体理念

CJW深圳店位于华南最具国际风尚的都市娱乐目的地——华侨城欢乐海岸，在此打造的大型餐饮娱乐场所占地4,000多平米，其中包括以大型国际乐团表演为亮点的CJW酒吧、铁板烧餐厅Kyoku Teppanyaki Restaurant、日本料理餐厅Kyoku Japanese Cuisine Restaurant、日式烧烤餐吧Kyoku Bar & Grill，以坐拥海景的地理位置和简约高雅的设计把雪茄、爵士乐、美食美酒的品质生活方式延续到滨海城市。
CJW餐饮娱乐场所由五栋临水而建的楼房组成，各自独立又彼此连接，占据了欢乐海岸曲水湾最美丽的一线位置，四周环绕有梦幻水秀表演剧场、游艇码头、椰林沙滩、顶级城市会所——华会所和购物中心。“阳光、空气、水”的海洋元素贯穿整个区域，让客人在就餐或者休憩的同时享受与大自然的亲密接触，尽情体验滨海城市的休闲与舒适。夜幕降临后，还可欣赏国内首屈一指的大型多媒体水秀表演。

 装潢设计

整体室内设计概念为“海洋文化”的再诠释，设计手法为极简中的丰富，设计风格简约不失高雅、休闲不失稳重。设计师根据每栋楼的特质与条件，并考虑室内与室外的关联，以不同的元素和材料创作出属于每栋楼各自的海洋主题。

铁板烧餐厅、日本料理餐厅、日式烧烤餐吧以原木色和米色为主色调，大量采用原木、石头等自然材质，运用不规则的线条或曲面体现出海洋的律动感和流畅性，营造优雅舒适的用餐环境。CJW酒吧上下两层设计风格迥异，一楼以黑金银的色调和极具现代感的材质打造时尚摩登的动感世界；二楼则大量采用酒红色系的绒布，以超大书柜搭配透明红酒窖和雪茄房，为美酒爱好者和雪茄执迷客提供一个静谧的私享空间。

◆  C雪茄 Cigar
品味雪茄

Cigar.Jazz,Wine的二楼设置有精致的雪茄陈列和舒适的沙发区，为雪茄爱好者提供一个静谧的私享空间。吸食雪茄不仅仅是一项爱好，更是一种生活方式。你可以一边抽雪茄一边独自沉思，你也可以和身边的朋友共同抽雪茄渡过一段愉悦的美好时光。

享受雪茄的时候，搭配含有一定糖分的饮品比如波特酒、朗姆酒、红酒、威士忌、白兰地、咖啡，可使雪茄的口感柔润而饱满。而能够与哈瓦那雪茄相匹配的东西，当然应该是哈瓦那朗姆酒、葡萄牙波特酒、勃艮第红酒、苏格兰威士忌、科涅克白兰地还有蓝山咖啡。
◆  J 爵士乐 Jazz
品味爵士

CJW聘请了来自世界各地的优秀乐手，组成六人编制的现场演出乐队，每晚登台CJW酒吧的大型舞台进行激情演绎，来自美国拉斯维加斯并拥有多年在世界各地演出经验的歌手Micki Murphy女士和Thomas Nelson先生担任乐队联合主唱，加上钢琴手、鼓手、贝斯手和吉他手，配以顶级专业的舞美灯光音响设备，为顾客奉上一席精彩的音乐飨宴。

乐队将爵士(Jazz)、蓝调(Blues)、节奏布鲁斯(R&B)、放克(Funk)等多种音乐风格融为一体，时而慵懒、时而跳跃的音乐节奏增添了随性而又热烈的现场气氛，让尊贵的客人在曲水湾畔享受越夜越精彩的品质生活。
◆  W 美食美酒 wine
CJW(Cigar,Jazz,Wine)

整栋CJW(Cigar,Jazz,Wine)分二层，以截然不同的设计风格创造两种意境。一楼为拥有大型舞台的演艺表演区，在黑银金的主色调基础上，运用金属、亮皮、玻璃等现代感材料，并以不规则的折板造型打造时尚摩登的环境，年轻而富有动感。二楼为Lounge格局，材质上大量运用酒红色系的绒布、原木色的木板，室内是透明玻璃红酒窖与精致的雪茄陈列空间，舒适的皮质沙发散落其中，营造出客厅的氛围，成熟而富有韵味。

六人编制的国际乐队每晚登台CJW(Cigar,Jazz,Wine)的舞台进行现场激情演绎，来自美国并拥有多年在世界各地演出经验的歌手Niomisha Renee女士和Jason Lamont先生担任乐队联合主唱，加上钢琴手、鼓手、贝斯手和吉他手，配以顶级专业的舞美灯光音响设备，为顾客奉上一席精彩的音乐飨宴。乐队将爵士(Jazz)、蓝调(Blues)、节奏布鲁斯(R&B)、放克(Funk)等多种音乐风格融为一体，时而慵懒、时而跳跃的音乐节奏增添了随性而又热烈的现场气氛，让尊贵的客人在曲水湾畔享受越夜越精彩的品质生活。
铁板烧餐厅KYOKU Teppanyaki
铁板烧餐厅分二层，一楼为两间开放式铁板台与展示红酒窖，二楼设有四间独立的包房式铁板台，运用一片流动型大曲面翻板，既作为包房之间的隔断，又增添空间的层次感，自然山纹的斑马木材质意在表现海洋的流动感。客人在享用美酒佳肴的同时，亦可欣赏铁板师傅烹调工艺，观看落地玻璃窗外的海湾景致。
来自台湾并拥有二十余年铁板烧经验的行政主厨，精心挑选上乘海鲜、肉类和蔬菜，以传统的日式铁板烧做法结合精致的法式摆盘，并度身订做搭配均衡的特色套餐，让顾客体验新鲜食材在铁板烹调工艺后的鲜嫩及美味口感。

日本创意料理餐厅KYOKU Japanese Cuisine

日本创意料理餐厅分二层，一楼为寿司吧，二楼为景观散座与容纳8人的VIP 包房。原木色的不规则垂直木线条在空间中随意穿梭，构成波浪造型与窗外的海湾景致相互呼应，体现出海洋的律动感和流畅性。原木色的地板和墙面，暖色调的装饰，沙发式的餐椅，营造出高雅休闲的用餐氛围。
来自台湾并拥有丰富日本料理经验的行政主厨，使用每季最新鲜的各种食材，并以保留每一种原料的自然风味为宗旨，精致的单点菜单为顾客提供极致美味的寿司、生鱼片、肉庵烧、荞麦烤鱼等多种佳肴。
手作烧烤餐厅Kyoku Grill

手作烧烤餐厅正对欢乐海岸的码头，并享有一区绿荫环绕的户外。烧烤餐厅内运用大大小小错落有致的原木色盒子，结合展示与功能的需求，构成不同的橱窗与屏风，有实有虚，营造一种具有各种不同丰富小世界的海底乐园。烧烤餐厅出品鲜嫩美味的肉类和海鲜串烧，羊排、牛肉等肉类串烧应有尽有，让客人在享用美食的同时近距离感受欢乐海岸的风情。

CJW Bar
与手作烧烤餐厅相连的CJW Bar三面环水，户外同样绿树成荫。整栋楼是一个极具现代感的玻璃幕墙建筑，中央设置了一个超大酒柜，再加上窗花门扇与光线的搭配，构成不同虚虚实实的剪影。来自台湾的高级调酒师，以精湛的花式调酒为客人呈现不同口味的鸡尾酒，此外还供应来自比利时和德国的优质啤酒、世界主要一级产区庄园所产之红白葡萄酒、以及来自日本之经典纯米酿制的清酒，搭配新鲜烤制的各类海鲜或是烤肉，满足客人的味蕾。

1998, CJW was firstly established in Taiwan and received widespread recognition as an upscale brand offering a high quality dining and nightlife experience.
2002, grand opening of CJW’s second branch at Xintiandi in Shanghai.
2003, grand opening of CJW’s third branch at The Bund Center in Shanghai.
2004, CJW at The Bund Center was awarded as one of the top 30 high-end restaurants and lounges in the world by “Conde Nast Traveler ”(American Version).
2005/2006, CJW at The Bund Center received the Reader’s Choice Award from “Shanghai Tatler” Magazine.
2007, grand opening of CJW’s fourth branch at THE PLACE in Beijing.
2008, CJW at THE PLACE was awarded as the Best Continental Restaurant by “Modern Weekly” and received the Reader’s Bar&Club Award from “The Beijinger”.
2009, CJW at THE PLACE received the second prize in the TimeOut Bartender Shake-off Competition.
2011, CJW opened in OCT Bay, bringing the qualified lifestyle with cigar, jazz and wine to the most trendy destination for travel and leisure in south China, Shenzhen.
OCT Bay-----Bringing deams to life for city
OCT Bay is a brand-new project of OCT Group, locating between OCT’s theme parks and the coast, covering an area of 12.5 million square meters. It creatively integrates the group’s travel, property and culture resources and expects to be south China’s most trendy urban entertainment destination. Concept

CJW Shenzhen branch is located at OCT BAY, the rising new leisure hotspot in Shenzhen and the most trendy urban entertainment destination in south China. The whole catering area occupies over 4,000 square meters of space and boasts the brilliant coastal view, as well as an elegant, yet casual interior design which offers patrons an intimate dining and nightlife experience.

CJW at OCT BAY includes five buildings alongside Qushui bay, with the most beautiful location and the most comfortable environment. They are CJW Bar & Lounge, Kyoku Teppanyaki Restaurant, Kyoku Japanese Cuisine Restaurant and Kyoku Bar & Grill. When night falls, it also offers patrons a chance to see the splendid multi-media water show while enjoying food and wine.
Design

CJW at OCT BAY has created a comfortable and friendly atmosphere by perfectly interpreting sea culture with minimalism while diversified design concept. Every building has its own theme of sea.

The restaurants provide patrons with an aesthetically pleasing and comfortable ambience by using natural materials like original woods and transparent stones. CJW Bar & Lounge features two different style, the 1st floor creates a dynamic world with shining colors and modern chic materials, while the 2nd floor provides a private escape from the hectic stresses of everyday life.

The CJW cigar club offers a full range of high quality hand-rolled cigars, mainly produced in Latin America in places such as Havana, Cuba, and include prestigious brands such as Cohiba, Montecristo, Partagas, Romeo Y Julieta, Hoyo de Monterrey, H.Upmann, etc.
Jazz Lounge

 The elegant, yet casual atmosphere at CJW OCT BAY serves as the perfect site for our upscale clientele who could relax by dancing on the floor or lounging with friends on the cozy sidelines. CJW international jazz artists play jazz, soul, blues, R&B and funk till midnight every night to the enchanting rhythms.

Cigar Jazz Wine

CJW Bar & Lounge has two floors of different design style and provides different clubbing experience. The 1st floor features a big show stage and creates a youthful and dynamic atmosphere with shining tints and modern chic materials. The 2nd floor features lounge seats, wine cellar and cigar bar, providing a private escape from the hectic stress of everyday life.
A six-piece show band with international music talents presents brilliant live shows every night at CJW Bar & Lounge.  CJW artists play jazz, soul, blues, R&B and funk till midnight, catering to our upscale clientele who take advantage of the enchanting rhythms by dancing on the floor or lounging with friends on the cozy sidelines.
Kyoku Teppanyaki Restaurant

Kyoku Teppanyaki Restaurant holds open Teppanyaki tables and wine cellar on 1st floor and six private rooms on 2nd floor. The restaurant offer memorable dining experience by perfect marrying traditional Japanese Teppanyaki cooking skills and French style presentation. Set menus offer outstanding value, where diners can choose from a range of fresh meat or seafood along with soup, rice and vegetables. Patrons could observer the chef’s culinary skills or the splendid coastal view while enjoying the tasty food.
 Kyoku Japanese Cuisine Restaurant

Kyoku Japanese Cuisine Restaurant features an excellent Sushi Bar on the 1st floor and VIP rooms on the 2nd floor. The inside décor of warm natural color and natural materials like woods and stones creates comfortable dining atmosphere. The restaurant concentrates on the authentic healthy and tasty flavor by using only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients and offers an extensive selection of high-quality Sushi, Sashimi, grilled items as well as a variety of other Japanese cuisine options.

Kyoku Grill & CJW Bar highlights two waterside buildings surrounded with plant-lined terrace which could take up to over 200 people. It provides a casual, yet modern and refined atmosphere serving a wide selection of grilled food with freshly prepared meat like lamp, beef, as well as seafood. The bar which carries a discerning variety of beer, wine & spirits, sake and more provides perfect pairing to the kitchen menus.
