二、工程地质情况
场地岩土层自上而下分别为：
1、杂填土，2、淤泥，3、残积砂质粘性土，4、全风化花岗岩，5、强风化花岗岩，6、中-微风化花岗岩。
根据<地质勘察报告>及设计要求,桩端持力层为第六层中-微风化花岗岩。
三、桩基施工情况
工程桩采用冲（钻）孔灌注桩，桩身混凝土强度等级为C35水下砼，抗渗等级为S8，桩身入土有效长度大于等于6米，桩端全截面进入持力层深度不少于0.5d（d为桩径）及0.5米。桩长以桩底标高和进入持力层深度双控。孔底沉渣厚度小于等于40mm，混凝土的充盈系数大于等于1.1，砼超灌量大于1.5d(d为桩径)。工程桩设计总桩数为175根，实际施工桩数为173（其中两根车道桩取消）。其中桩身直径Φ600有12根，设计单桩竖向抗压承载力特征值为1800KN，单桩竖向抗压极限承载力标准值为3600KN；桩身直径Φ800有30 根，桩竖向抗压承载力特征值为3000KN, 单桩竖向抗压极限承载力标准值为6000KN;桩身直径Φ1000有131根，桩竖向抗压承载力特征值为4400KN, 单桩竖向抗压极限承载力标准值为8800KN。
工程桩于2011年3月26日进行试桩，确定了现场试桩标准，从3月26日开始施工，至7月26日结束。
四、监理工作和质量评估依据、监理工作总结
1、监理工作依据

3、监理工作总结
⑴.施工准备阶段
在冲孔灌注桩施工前，监理人员首先对施工单位提供的施工组织设计方案进行了认真的审核，并提出自己的审核意见，同时编制桩基监理实施细则。对进场的钻机、经纬仪及电焊机等施工机械设备、仪器仪表审核其出厂合格证及检定证书等资料，符合要求，同意在工程中使用。对进场的钢筋、焊条等材料，检查其合格证，同时做好材料见证取样送检，实行材料使用监理审批制度，监理人员在施工用材料进场前，按规范要求现场见证取样并送检。核查商品砼公司的资质，经检查砼原材料质量控制资料齐全，均符合设计及有关规范要求，同意在工程中使用。经检查现场具备开工条件，同意桩基开始施工。
⑵.施工过程阶段
①.测量放样控制：根据与业主签订的《监理委托合同》，对施工阶段进行了全过程监理，监理过程中，监理人员首先对施工单位的控制点引测及各桩位放样结果进行认真复核，符合要求。
②.为能更形象具体的体现桩的施工情况以及每一根桩的具体情况，项目部的监理人员对桩进行了认真汇总，对有异常情况的桩均及时与业主、设计院等单位联系征询意见，使质量达到设计及施工质量验收规范要求。在整个施工过程中牢固树立“严格监理，质量第一”的意识。
③.施工工序控制与签证：工程桩按设计要求对桩长进行严格控制,工程桩施工过程中冲孔至岩面时，对渣样与勘察报告进行核对，严格按照设计及勘察单位要求进入持力层。 检查钢筋笼的数量、规格、品种、焊接和搭接长度、焊缝的饱满度，箍筋的间距、保护层厚度，对钢筋笼焊接全过程进行旁站。钢筋笼吊放主要控制好标高，到位后进行固定。
清孔和混凝土浇捣：监理人员经常测试泥浆相对密度和沉渣厚度，清孔合格的泥浆相对密度为：1.1～1.2，沉渣厚度符合设计要求应（≤40mm）。商品砼进场进行坍落度检查，合格后方可投入使用。除按混凝土浇捣一般要求外，控制拔管长度在2～6m之间，拔管频率不要过于频繁，导管振捣时，不要用力过猛。见证留置砼试块，监理人员对砼施工全过程进行旁站监理，严格按照设计要求控制超灌（超灌高度为1.5D，充盈系数为1.1）。
④.桩身长度经监理人员确认后，现场及时签认施工记录。严格按照施工规范及施工单位提供的施工组织方案的有关规定开展监理工作。及时督促施工单位完善内业资料。加强各单位之间的交流，便利了各项工作的开展。
⑤.安全文明施工：在桩基施工过程督促和检查施工单位进行安全文明施工。审查施工单位编制的安全文明施工技术体系、施工组织设计中的施工安全技术和保证措施，及专项施工方案中的安全措施。对施工过程存在安全文明施工的问题，项目监理部及时以书面或口头通知施工单位进行整改。在桩基施工过程未发生安全问题。
五、桩基检测（动测、静载、超声波检测）情况
1、冲（钻）孔灌注桩静载、动测（低应变）试验结果：
⑴.静载试验桩径Ф1000的2根，最大试验荷载为8800KN，桩基在最大荷载作用下，桩顶沉降为17.53mm、27.05mm；桩径Ф800的1根，最大试验荷载为6000KN，桩基在最大荷载作用下，桩顶沉降为28.02mm；且没有明显沉降加大的现象，均未达到极限承载状态。
⑵.低应变共检测 根桩，其中Ⅰ类桩 根，占 ％；Ⅱ类桩 根，占 ％。
⑶.超声波共检测17根，其中Ⅰ类桩16根，占94.1％；Ⅱ类桩1根，占5.9％。
2、桩身偏位情况：
土方开挖后，经现场复核测量，有3根桩最大偏位为100mm，桩身偏位均在规范允许范围内。可以满足结构使用功能及安全要求。
六、质量控制资料核查情况
钢筋等原材料进场进行了材料报验，其质量合格证书和检测资料基本齐全。桩基的施工记录基本齐全，每根桩的施工记录均准确记录了的桩的施工情况。
