CFRP孔隙率超声无损检测研究与系统实现的论文
摘要:CFRP(碳纤维增强复合材料)是一种具有轻质、高强度、高刚度等优良性能的材料,在航空、航天、汽车等领域得到了广泛应用。但是,在CFRP的制造过程中常常会出现孔隙缺陷,这些缺陷会影响材料的强度和耐久性。因此,对于CFRP中的孔隙率进行无损检测至关重要。本文研究了基于超声波技术的CFRP孔隙率无损检测方法,并设计了一套系统实现了该方法。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地检测出CFRP中的孔隙缺陷,具有较高的准确性和可靠性。

Abstract: CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced composite material) is a kind of material with excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, high stiffness, etc., which has been widely used in aviation, aerospace, automobile and other fields. However, during the manufacturing process of CFRP, porosity defects often occur, which will affect the strength and durability of the material. Therefore, non-destructive testing of the porosity rate in CFRP is crucial. This paper studies the non-destructive testing method of CFRP porosity rate based on ultrasonic technology, and designs a system to implement this method. The experimental results show that this method can effectively detect the porosity defects in CFRP, and has high accuracy and reliability.
