活动目的：推动我国与国际纳米生物技术和微系统技术产业的发展，推动学术界与产业界的融合，搭建国际产业合作平台，为重庆引入先进的国际科技力量和吸引国外投资。
活动内容：
通过举办本次研讨会， 建立国际纳米生物技术创新产业化联盟，建设国际纳米药物研究开发平台和国际纳米医疗器械研究开发平台；建成国际纳米肿瘤病毒快速检测联合实验室、国际纳米食品快速检测联合实验室、国际纳米环境快速检测联合实验室。

17、International Conference of Nanobiotechnology and Microsystem Innovative Industrialization

Purpose of the event: One target of this activity is to promote the development of nanobiotechnology and micro system technology both local and abroad; the other one is the integration of R&D (research & development) and the buildup of the international R&D platform. The import of state-of-art international technical intelligence and the attraction of oversea investment are highly expected.
Contents of the event: 
By means of this conference, the International Industrial Union for Nanobiotechnology Innovation will be formed; the International Platform for Nano-Drug and Nano-Medical Device R&D will be built; three International R&D Joint-Laboratories will be established, which are for Nano-based Rapid Detection of Cancer and Virus, Nano-based Rapid Detection of Food-Safety, and Nano-based Rapid Detection of Environment Protection.
