Unit8 Happy New Year!
一、教材分析:
本单元的主要教学内容是一些节日的问候和生日祝福,本单元中很多句子都是学生平时已经掌握得内容因此教学时要突出教学的趣味性和教学的整体性。教学时要创设情境,让学生在情境中学习语言,最终达到学会运用的目的。对于本单元的一个难点What’s this?和What’s that?的区别一定要结合物品动作让学生理解区分。
二、单元教学目标:
1.词汇:能听懂、会读、会说、会写单词及短语uncle,doll,ball,robot,CD,ah,ha读音要准确。
2.日常交际用语:能听懂、会说日常用语Happy New Year!What’s this/that? It’s a/an….Happy birthday! This is for you. Thank you!发音要准确,语调要自然。
3.歌曲:会唱歌曲Happy New Year!
4.能会认读并会写字母Xx,Yy,Zz.
5.继续培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

四、学情分析:
本单元中单词都是之前学过的内容,因此教学时教师可结合之前所学内容进行整合。在教学中教师要让学生区分ball和doll两个易混淆单词。本单元的句型Happy New Year! Happy birthday!学生平时就熟练掌握,对于This is for you.在前一个单元学生也初步有所学习,因此本单元内容对于学生来说难度不大,教学时教师要创设情境,让学生在情境中学习语言,最终达到学会运用的目的,同时教学要有趣味性,激发学生学习的兴趣。
The first period(第一课时)
教学内容:
译林版英语三年级上册Unit 8 Happy New Year!
教学目标:
1.能初步会听、说、读并拼写单词:a doll, a ball, a CD, a car, a robot
2.能初步听懂、会读、会运用句型:What’s this/that?,并会用It’s a 来回答。
3.能初步听懂、会读、会说、会运用句型This is for you./It’s for you.来相互赠与礼物
4.学会新年节日祝福,礼貌用语。会表达谢意:Thank you.
5.明白中西方新年文化差异
教学重点:
1.能初步会听、说、读并拼写单词: a robot

让学生自己说说学过小诗和歌曲,让学生逐渐进入学习英语的气氛中提示学生说小诗Let’s learn。

c. Why are the letter G and letter S in“gloves”close(亲密) to each other(互相,彼此)? Because

让学生通过猜歌名直接引出课题。

Ss: Red packet(学生一年级学过),gifts(提醒学生复数).

当学生说得好的时候,教师给与贴纸奖励。当教师给奖励的时候,说Here you are.,提示学生回答Thank you.

2.课外知识拓展:
中西方新年差异:
Western countries ’New Year’Day : the first of January. The children can get gifts.
Chinese New Year: Spring Festival. It always comes in February. The children can get red packet.
Open the gifts:
Western countries: You should open the gifts at once. And you should praise .
China: It’s not polite to open the gifts at once.
The same: You should say ‘Thank you.’.
Step 4 Homework
Copy the new words 4 times.

a.出示歌词,读歌词
虽然一年级学过了,但是学生会唱但是单词却对不上号,所以熟悉单词是有必要的。

(英语字面解释是新年快乐,但是中国的本土文化中多数是说新年好)

不要求学生熟读,只要理清思路。
