Step 1:Warm-up and lead-in:
1. 师生同唱 “How are you?”并做律动。
T： Hello, how are you?

Hello,how are you? Miss Li,Miss Li.

设计意图：通过改编歌曲做律动，激发学生的积极性，让全体学生参与其中，营造轻松愉悦的学习氛围。
2. Leading in:
T：(师出示一幅蓝天白云、天气晴朗的图片）Look,my class.How’s the weather today?
Ss: It’s sunny.
T:Yes,it’s a lovely day.Let’s go to the park.Okay?
Ss:Okay.
T: Oh,look,who is coming?(出示本课三只蜜蜂的图片并引导学生说出三只蜜蜂的名字）They are the queen bee,Billy Bee and Benny Bee. Which bee’s name will be the title of Lesson 18?Can you guess?
Ss:Billy Bee.
Write the title “Billy Bee” and read it.
设计意图：通过简单的情景设置引出了故事当中的三位主人公，训练了学生的口语交际能力，激发了学生的积极性；让学生猜测故事题目，也为读后活动中分析Billy Bee的形象特点做好了铺垫。
Step 2: Pre-reading:
1. 认真听录音，圈出自己不认识的单词；
2. 再次听录音，跟读，注意圈出单词的读音；
3. 小组分工学习生词，组内、组间互教，师巡视纠错；
4. 游戏法练习、巩固单词及词组。

5.播放本课动画视频，学生观看视频并回答如下问题，了解故事梗概。

设计意图：读前活动中通过听录音、跟读，让学生尝试自主解决本课生单词及词组，而后组内、组间互教，初步感知文本，了解故事梗概，为接下来的阅读活动做好铺垫。
Step 3: While-reading:
1. 各小组比赛读课文;
2. 组内自由读课文（开火车读、齐读、自读、分角色读），回答下列问题，了解故事的具体内容。

Q2:Where is the special honey?
Q3:Who helps the queen bee?
Q4:How do they go to the Honey Flower City?
Q5:Do they get the special honey?
Q6:Does the queen bee feel better?
3. 全班汇报、纠错、评价。
设计意图：以上面六个问题为主线引导学生读课文，采用问答练习的形式概括故事大意，激发了学生的兴趣，为接下来的复述课文做好了铺垫。
Step 4: Post-reading:
1. Look,read and match.（看图、读句子并将图片和句子进行配对）。
2. Retell the story.
3. Let’s act.(三人一组表演故事)
4. Do you like Billy Bee?Why?(引导学生分析Billy Bee的形象特点，达到德育目的。）
设计意图：由简单的小检测到复述故事，再到表演，循序渐进，由易到难，使学生对这个小故事了熟于心；对Billy Bee的形象分析使本课内容得到了升华，达到了德育的目的。
