Why or why not?Encourage them to express themselves. Gather the different answers.Step 2 Listen to tape with the following questions:What are Li Mings parents worried about?Do Li Mings parents agree Li Ming to go to Canada?How long will Li Ming stay in Canada?Answer the questions together and discuss the whole text again and make sure they understand the meaning.
