I really love the feeling of running on the road and I take cars as my best friends.” 总之是要找到自己跟这个企业的一个切合点,让面试官了解你充足适合这个环境。   2.What are your three greatest strengths?   铁芸说回答这个问题的时候不能够含混不清,不能够只是简单回答 “I’m really organized, punctual and get along well with others.” 简洁、精炼,找到这个企业所看重的特长,是回答这个问题的核心。例如要应聘金融行业,可是说 “I think my three strongest strengths are details-oriental, patient and cautious.” 不过假如应聘者是一个销售精英,能够说:“I think my strongest strengths are aggressive, hard working and communicative.”总之,需要考虑到应聘企业及职务的需要来选择体现自己的优势。   3.What are your three greatest weaknesses?   铁芸强调,能够为企业增值永远是老板的最爱,老板都乐意找到一个了解、热爱工作,并能够为企业创造价值的员工。因此不要很老实的把自己的毛病暴露出来,而是要方略的选择某些能够为自己加分的缺陷。例如:“I am a perfectionist and I pay very much attention to details. Sometimes I am quite captious.”   4.Why are you interested in working for our company?   这个问题重要考查应聘者是否对这个工作进行了了解,或者是否真正有兴趣,因此需要围绕整个企业的详细情况,让面试官懂得你很清楚这个企业的运行模式,以及对这项工作非常积极。因此不要以“It seemed like a good career move, ”或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting.”为开始。假如能有某些实际问题回答的话,就会更大的加分,铁芸提议应聘者能够这么: “I read an article in the newspaper and was very impressed by …”不过前提是你必须真的对这家企业作了研究,同时也要注意,不要让面试官以为你是为了讨好面试官而言过其实,这么只会适得其反。   5.Why did you leave your last job?   跳槽的原因也许是上一份工作非常糟糕,不过面试并不是适合抱怨的场所。并且千万不要对既有或是过去的雇主或同事进行这么的评论:“I didn't agree with the company's direction.”“I got no recognition for my work.”“My boss was totally unreasonable. ”铁芸提议要从自身发展的角度出发往返答:“I love my last job and really learned a lot from it, but I need a new platform and bigger space to make my career successful.”总之,要让面试官懂得,此前的企业在你的眼中并非一钱不值,你是怀着感激来评价他们的。   6.If we hire you, how long will you stay with us?   这个问题是要老板想懂得你会不会像离开上一份工作那样很快的也离开这里,铁芸提议你能够这么回答:“As long as my position here allows me to learn and to advance at a pace with my abilities. ”这么就告诉老板,你是希望同企业一起成长,不会轻易的离开。   7.Tell me about a time when you felt very hard at your previous job.   听到这个问题,应聘者也许会有些摸不透面试官到底想懂得什么,而不懂得怎么回答。其实这个时候他是想懂得你过去的工作中有过什么尤其的例子,来展示你有处理各项复杂问题的能力。这时,最佳能提前准备一张优秀的“成绩单”, 上面清楚的表白你处理过的问题的列表,告诉他你有能力处理任何困难,这一点至关重要。   8.Do you have any questions for me?   这也是一个面试中经典的结束问题,测试应聘者是否真正对这份工作真正有兴趣与热爱,此时应当问询详细的问题以显示应聘者非常了解该企业,对将来的工作有诸多的期待和好主意,充足表示热情。铁芸说,应聘者一定要提前准备诸多有关这个企业详细情况的问题,最佳能够包括到他们业务上取得的成绩,例如说:“I learned that your company has seen tremendous growth in recent years. I’m keen to know how you made such a success.”你需要体现出对这个企业浓厚的兴趣,到了这时,基本上一张聘书就到手了。   1. "What can you tell me about yourself?" This is not an invitation to give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about your character, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations The following is a good example of a positive response. "In high school I was involved in competitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participated in. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found that I could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was even more important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not long before customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to help them. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best." This is an obvious question and, if you have done your research on the company, you should be able to give a good reason. 0rganize your reasons into several short sentences that clearly spell out your interest. "You are a leader in the field of electronics. Your company is a Fortune 5O0 company. Your management is very progressive." Once again, you should not be long winded, but you should provide a summary of your qualifications. Be positive and show that you are capable of doing the job. Based on the internships that I have participated in and the related part-time experiences I have had, I can do the job. Know what you can realistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company. "I hope to be the best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also." You cannot avoid this question by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses. The best approach is to admit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan to overcome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the company's advantage. "I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job is well done. This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths. "I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."
