Leading-in :
In this class ,we’ll go over Unit 11. Let’s do some exercises.
Step 1.Revision
Check homework . Ask a few students to read the article i 3a .Then ask a few students to read their guides .
Step 2 Part 1
This activity focuses on vocabulary introduced in the unit .
Look at the words in the box .Ask a student to read them . Make sure students understand the meaning of the words . You are to fill in the blanks with the words .
Ask students to fill in the blanks on their own .
Check the answers . Five students each red a sentence , filling in the blanks . The rest of students check their answers .
Step 3 This activity provides reading ,writing , listening and speaking practice using the target language .
Go through the instructions with the class .
Look at the example with students .Ask students what the answer would be . Ask a student to read the question and answer it .
Step 4 Just for Fun !
This activity provides reading and speaking with the target language .
Ask all students to read the conversation . Ask : What is funny about this cartoon? Help students to explain . A Martin is a person from the planet Mars . There is no such thing as Martian food o Earth , and the clerk looks silly bacause he is trying tjo think of where there is a Martian restaurant .
