Step 1 Warming up
Ask: Did you know that all around the world, 3 to 6 billion trees are cut down each year? Have you ever planted a tree?
Ask Ss: what’s the meaning of “the green life”

Step 2 New words & phrases
Show Ss some pictures, then teach Ss some new words.

The class 1, Grade 8 students are talking about ways to live a green life. Look at the pictures below and match them with the correct sentences.
Ask: How to live a green life?
