北京燕化天钲建筑工程有限责任公司，其前身是由北京市六建公司第四工区于1975年划归燕山石化后，成立的燕化建筑工程公司，并于2005年8月经中国石化集团公司批准，整体改制成立的施工企业。
目前，公司具有国家房屋建筑工程施工总承包壹级、化工石油工程施工总承包贰级、市政公用工程施工总承包贰级、建筑装修装饰工程专业承包壹级、钢结构工程专业承包贰级、防腐保温工程专业承包贰级、起重设备安装工程专业承包壹级、机电设备安装工程专业承包贰级等8项资质。从2002年至今，公司连续被北京市工商局评定为重合同守信誉单位；通过了GB/T19001-2008质量管理体系认证和HSE、ISO14000、ISO18000三合一安全环境管理体系认证；2009年、2010年分别被北京银建资信评估事务所和中国施工企业管理协会被评为AAA级企业资信等级。近年来，公司积极开展创建优质工程活动，荣获32项省部级以上优质工程。其中有代表性的奖项为：1项鲁班奖，2项结构“长城杯”金奖，8项结构“长城杯”银奖，6项竣工“长城杯”奖，5项中石化优质工程奖。
公司以工业、民用工程土建施工为主，并经营与土建施工的相关业务。包括工程装饰装修、市政工程施工、钢结构制作安装、机电设备安装、土石方工程施工、商品混凝土生产和输送、建筑技术检测、见证等；同时，开发精细化工产品生产，以开辟新的经济增长点。公司施工能力近40万平方米/年，施工产值10亿元/年。
公司现有职工608人，其中管理人员504人，大专以上学历的员工302人，工程技术人员234人；其中高级职称14人，中级职称75人，二级以上建造师38人，全国职业经理人11人。

Introduction

Beijing Yanhua Tianzheng Architectural Engineering Limited Liability Company was established from the predecessor of Yanshan Petrochemical by which the 4th work area of Beijing No.6 Construction Engineering Company transferred in 1975. It is a construction business founded under the overall restructuring of Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Corporation former construction company, approved by China Petrochemical Corporation in August 2005.

The Company has successively obtained the 1st grade qualification of national house architectural project construction contract, level II qualification of chemical petroleum engineering construction contract and municipal public works construction contract; 1st grade qualification of building decoration engineering contractor, level ll qualification of steel structure engineering contractor and anticorrosion and thermal insulation engineering contractor; 1st grade qualification of lifting equipment installation engineering contractor, level II qualification of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering contractor, and evidential testing. Since 2002, Beijing Industry & Commerce Bureau has identified the Company as the contract abiding and trustworthy Unit. In
1998, 2001 and 2004 the Company passed respectively the ISO international quality management system standards and HSE, ISO14000, and ISO18000 environmental management standard with triple system security; also was rated AAA Grade Credit Enterprise in 2009. In recent years, the Company has been working actively in creating high-quality engineering activities and won more than 32 provincial and ministerial levels of quality projects. Representative of which awards are: 1 Prize of Luban, 2 Gold Prizes of Great Wall Cup in structure, 8 Silver Prizes of Great Wall Cup still in structure, 6 Prizes of Great Wall Cup in completion, 5 Prizes of Sinopec Quality Projects.

The main businesses of the Company are focus on housing construction and other related industrial and civil engineering construction. Including the operation of building construction, decoration, municipal construction, steel fabrication and installation, electrical and mechanical equipment installation, earthwork construction, commercial concrete production and distribution, construction technology testing, witness and so on.
The construction capacity of the Company is nearly 40 million square meters / year and output value of 10 billion per year.

The Company has a staff of 608 for now, including 504 in management, 274 employees with a college education background and 234 in engineering and technology; in which 14 staff of senior professional titles, 75 of intermediate professional titles, 38 of Associate Constructors, and 11 of national professional managers, among the professional management team 3 of high and middle levels are included.

To rely on technology management, take project management as key point and quality system as assurance to implement the brand strategy. After restructuring, the Company accepted the commission of construction of Petrochemical Changping Conference Center, Yanshan Stadium, Archives of Yanhua Company, Fuyan New Village, senior residential areas, cadres’ medical and healthy base of Union Hospital, 10 million tons (per year) of oil refining transformation of Yanshan Petrochemical, 1 million tons (per year) of ethylene project transformation in Tianjin, 10 million tons (per year) of oil refining transformation in Qingdao, movement and transformation of 2 factories of Eastern Petrochemical, industrial, civil engineering and municipal engineering with greater impact like Jinyan Lake and Yanshan Middle Road.
