2013年 9月4 日 第1周 星期三 第六节 课题 Module 1 How to learn English Unit 1 Let’s try to speak English as much as possible. 主备人 吴春金 教学目标 To understand the conversation on learning English To get information on how to learn English in reading and listening To learn different ways of giving advice and practice using them in real situations 教学重点 Vocabulary: pair, correct, spelling, word, practice, meaning, complete, sentence, dictionary, grammar, letter, look up, mistake, make a mistake, should, possible, write down, notebook, forget, aloud, radio, key, main, agree with sb. Structures: We should…… Let’s try to …… Why not/ why don’t you ……? It’s a good idea to… What/ How about…? 教学难点 To learn different ways of giving advice 中考考点 To learn different ways of giving advice 分工备课 (第 1、2 课时) 教学活动(教学过程) 学生活动 个性补教 Step 1 Lead-in 1. Read the instructions and check the ones you understand. Notes: work in pairs practice doing sth Match…with… 2. Listen and answer the questions. Use the words and expressions in the box. Note: the spelling of It’s+ adj. for sb. to do sth. Step 2 Listening and reading. (Act. 3&4) 1. Listen and read. And check their ideas of learning English. 2. Read through the conversation and see if Ss have any problem, then ask the Ss to summarize the ways of learning English. 3. Language points: give some advice talk about doing sth as much as possible what else/ anything else get to know, write to sb forget to do sth/ forget doing sth agree with sb/ agree on sth 4. Practise the dialogue in groups. 5. Read the dialogue again, and underline the correct words and expressions. (Act.4) Step 3 Pronunciation and speaking 1. Listen and mark the intonation. Then listen again and repeat. 2. Work in pairs, talk about problems in learning English and giving advice. Using the following expressions: Try to do… Why not/ don’t you…..? How / What about ……? It’s a good idea to do…. We should …… Step 4 Exercise. Step 5 Summarize. Step 6 Homework. Weekly paper Unit 1 Ss listen to the recorder and check the sentences. Answer the questions by using the expressions. Fill in table, and write the notes about learning English. Take notes Read the conversation in groups, and read aloud in class.
