一．【预习指导】
根据句意及提示填写单词。
1．He wants to travel around the w .
2．They are wearing (传统地)clothes．

二．【互动探究，合作求解】
探究一：
Li Ming writes a report about clothes around the world? 李明写了一篇关于全世界服装的报告。
(1) write…about …意为“关于---写---”。
其中about是 词，后面接 词和 词。
I’ll tell them about the interesting places in Beijing.
我将告诉他们关于北京的名胜。
【例】请写写你上午的情况并讲给我听。
Please and tell me your morning.
(2) world意思为世界，通常与定冠词the连用，构成the world, in the world 在世界上； around the world 世界各地；all around the world 全世界。
【例】他想周游世界各地。
He wants to travel .
探究二:
Their clothes are so colourful! 他们的衣服是如此艳丽。
colourful adj．多彩的，色彩艳丽的。
She doesn't like colourful dresses．她不喜欢色彩鲜艳的衣服.
【拓展】
1.本句中的so是副词，意为“如此，那么“，用于形容词或副词，so也可以做连词，意为“因此，所以”。
2. colourful是由名词colour加后缀-ful派生而来的。类似的词还有：help (帮助)-----helpful (adj．有帮助的) use(用法，用途)--------useful ( adj．有用的) care (注意)-----careful (adj．仔细的，小心的)。
【例】He looks very (colour)．
三、【交流展示，适度拓展】
1.These women look so pretty in black and white. 这些妇女穿着黑白相间的衣服看上去美。
【拓展】
women是woman的复数形式，woman意为“妇女，成年女子”， man 意为“，成年男子”，这两个单词做定语时如果所修饰的名词是复数名词，woman与man相应地改为复数形式。如 ：a woman doctor 一名女医生，three men teachers三名男教师。
【例】我们学校有55名女教师。
Our school has fifty-five .
2. look和其它某些介词或副词连用:
look after 照看,照料，look for 寻找， look forward to 盼望，look into朝……里面看，look out当心， look over仔细检查、翻阅，look up抬头看;查;找出。
