    网络媒体-----这一二十世纪最后几年才出现的全新媒体，被人们称为继报刊、广播、电视之后的“第四媒体”，它的出现给传播领域带来全方位的深刻变革。一个全新的媒体、一个全新的传播领域正吸引着学界对它的深入研究。 “网络新闻编辑学”是网络传播学众多研究内容中的一个重要且实用的方面。本文选取它作为研究的主题， 以受众的多元需求作为研究的出发点，文中的所有考察都与受众密切相联。

    本文从三个层面： “宏观视角----网络新闻编辑思想与受众的多元需求”、 “中观视角----网络新闻编辑策划与受众的多元需求”、 “微观视角----党员自我评议总结

                     Abstract

    Emerging in the last decade of 20th Century, INTERNET is regarded as the Fourth Media after Press, Radio and TV and now leading a wide-range revolution in mass communication. More and more studies and research works concentrate on the new form of media and the new sector. Internet News Editing is one of the most important and practical aspects of the studies. Staring from the diversified demands of audience, this article deals with the Internet News Editing which is closely related with audience.

    The article takes three points of views to carry out its classified studies: a) a macro study which focus on Principles of Internet News Editing an人力资源实习报告 the diversified demands of audience; b) an intermediate-view study which focus on internet news planning and the diversified demands of audience; and c) a micro study which focus on internet news editing practice and the diversified demands of audience. The principles of historical full-coverage, whole-society coverage, entire-audience coverage and all-time coverage should be applied to the Internet News Editing since&nb sp;boundlessness is the basic law in editing news accessing internet. Furthermore, studies are given to the functioning control of economic role in Internet News Editing in respects of the contents, functions and characteristics relating to internet news planning. The standards of well-designed and well-written news are proposed in this article through micro-studies given to contents structuring and page layout.
