On HappinessWe have already used to be reminded of something since we were children. When the weather was a little cold, mom would tell us to dress warmer; when we have just made a friend, dad would say: be cautious in case he is a cheater; when we achieved some of our goals, all the people that care you would remind you together: dont be proud! When we were celebrating success, even we ourselves couldnt help saying that perhaps something bad will happenLife always has calamities, and the majority of us could face them calmly. However, we paid too much attention to the calamities; therefore, the happiness is easily to be neglected. Thus from then on, we should remind the happiness as well.We may have a question on that, “Do we really need to remind happiness?” The answer is yes. Our parents, friends, often remind us of lies, evil, cheating, but not happiness. Thats why we ought to be reminded when the happiness comes.Happiness is a subtle feeling from the bottom of ones heart; it is the time when we have no pains. Its not that hard as we might think.Happiness often approaches us quietly. Nevertheless, at that time, we were just busy with other things; hence we neglect the existence of the happiness. For this reason, many people would consider that they have a miserable life. Yet, its because we dont know where to find the happiness and how to enjoy it.Well, in fact, its very easy to obtain happiness. What we need to do is to taste the truth of happiness with a peaceful heart. Believe it or not, these are all happiness: a little piece of cake in poverty, a warm hug with our parents, a hortative smile when we are in difficulty, and they cant be valued by money. Its like diamonds on the old cloth, shining, waiting for you to discover them. Happiness can be momentary sometimes, so we should fully enjoy every second of it. When spring comes, we tell ourselves: “spring is here!” then we would feel the warmth in our hearts; when happiness comes, we must tell ourselves: please remember this moment, and the happiness will accompany us forever.We dont need to consider the storm next year immediately after the harvest in autumn. We have all the long winter to think of it. Its time for happiness and celebrations.And when we are taking care of our elderly parents, just forget your troubles and difficulties. This is the moment that we share the happiness with them. One day, they will all leave us.Abreast with happiness is not wealthy, status, fame or even marriage, happiness is just the feeling of your heart. Thus, when we have nothing, we are still happy because of the healthy body; when we loss our health, we are still happy due to a healthy heart; even when our hearts dont exist anymore, we are still happy, because we have ever lived in this world!3
