Abstract
If a person spends his whole to achieve one gaol-no matter it is right or wrong-the person must be great in some parts and the goal must be surprise, like Michael and his Prison Break.
This report talks about the preparation of the big plan. Analyse the detail steps of the action. And use some words to say Michael how to control the big changes in the plan.

1 The plan of the project
“Preparation can only take you so far. After that, you gotta take a few leaps of faith.” A successful thing can not with out a good preparation.
1.1. A careful preparation
Michael has an agenda for absolute everything. Michael believes his that brother is special injustice .So he try his best to save him out. He prints the blueprints on his body.He collects information about John Abruzzi、Sara Tancredi、DB.cooper-Charles Westmoreland and Pope. The planned persons are John Abruzzi、Fernando Sucre、DB.cooper and the brothers. Picture1.1-1 is the original WBS.

1.2. Detail steps and the ways
After going to jail, Michael’s first task is to check whether the prison was founded on the basis of the blueprints. He finds the screw which matches the toilet on the ground. Under Sucre’s help he walks into the underground pipeline from his cell room’s hole which is behind the toilet. Michael uses the information of Fibanacci to get the PI card and the plan achieves John’s affirmative. John responds to help and joins in the team. Under John’s help Michael utilizes time which builds Pope’s Taj Mahal to get on the roof. When warning was turned on, Michael makes a choice: FITZ ST, because defenders on this way are less. When a wall blocks the escape rout, Michael has a special map. The Satan head in Michael’s tattoo doubles as a map for the wall’s structural stress points. An image of Jesus on the encoded info, with stigmata marking the drill holes-but Fox vetoed this potentially offensive idea. John and Sucre break the wall when lockdown. T-bag and Franklin know the secret at the different time so Michael has to let them join in the team. Michael asks Westmoreland to manufacture fire in Guard’s break room. And then the team of PI gets chances to repair the room. So they dig the subway. Michael use the card which Nika gives him to get into the Receiving and Discharge .After Michael’s gold watch is back Michael known their team has 18 minutes to leave. Michael uses the float to get to storage room under the infirmary. So the way is opened. He gives a pill to his brother by Friar. Lincoln is scented to infirmary of Sara, at the same time Michael break the water pipe and they are allowed to repair Guard’s break room all night. so Michael、John、Sucre、DB-cooper、T-Bag、Franklin go through channels under Guard’s break room, and reach the storage room under the infirmary. But Michael finds the conduit which he corrodes before is exchanged. Unfortunately the first prison break is fail.
The Way of contingencies begins. Michael choose the psych ward - It's the only building that shares a subsurface line with the infirmary -to get infirmary of Sara. Sucre asks Manche to teal a set of uniform. Michael wears the uniform to get to psych ward. And then he Confirms this way is viable. The original way is that they also go into that hole in the guards' room. About 40 yards up route 66, there’s a grate that'll get them halfway there. They gotta do another half of way above ground. Walk through the psych ward and Enter into the subsurface line and pass through it. But they meet some emergencies, so they have to live quickly. They pass through the hole which is behind the toilet in Michael’s cell room, and then through channels under Guard’s break room. The team goes up the cover of playground, and walks through the psych ward, and then enters into the subsurface line and passes through it. They meet Lincoln, and go through the infirmary of Sara. They go over the wire, and then over the wall. At last the team runs towards the FITZ ST. So we can conclude tow ways.
First way ：Through channels under Guard’s break room》get into cistern of underground》go in to storage room under the infirmary》get into infirmary of Sara》Over the wire》Over the wall》Run towards the FITZ ST.
But this ways failed.

Way of contingencies(Picture1.2-1 the successful way)：Pass through the hole which is behind the toilet in Michael’s cell room》Through channels under Guard’s break room》Go up the cover of playground》Walk through the psych ward》Enter into the subsurface line and pass through it》meet Lincoln》Go out through the infirmary of Sara》Over the wire》Over the wall》Run towards the FITZ ST.

2 Big changes
When they thrill all the channels, Lincoln is taken away by police, so they can not go through channels under Guard’s break room with him.
After ascending a tall vertical shaft below the infirmary building, Michael and the crew found themselves inside a maintenance room just below Sara’s clinic, which is where Lincoln is currently located. But a newly installed pipe separates the brothers, so the inmates must retreat and rethink.
They choose the way of contingencies, Michael not have the heart to steal Sara’s key, while Nika is found by Sara after she steals Sara’s key. Michael has to tell the truth to Sara.
At last, Bellick knows the hole in Guard’s break room, it means they have to leave quickly. Lincoln is in guardhouse，Michael can not save him from there. So Michael has to force Pope to help him.

3 The methods about controlling the changed situation
One of Michael’s first tasks once he got inside: scout exit routes outside the prison. The info gleaned from his rooftop recon will serve him well during the escape. Infirmary is an important space in the plan. So Michael tells a lie that he gets diabetes mellitus. Buy this way he can get in infirmary often. He buys Fugnac from Franklin.
An elaborate gift that the warden constructed out of toothpick for his wife plays a role come breakout time. This curious detail was designed to bolster his surprising softer side. Michael uses the time which he builds the Taj Mahal to walk to the roof, and he knows their team has 18 minutes to leave. At the last break, Michael steals holder of the Taj Mahal. Because he knows that if Taj Mahal was moved it sinks. Buy this way , he can get the chance back to Pope’s office, and he can force Pope to order that escort Linc to the infirmary.
When Michael is hurt buy hot water pipe. The important blueprint is lost. He is send to solitary. Sara helps him into the psych ward. Michael goes easy on Haywrie and gets the lost map. Under Manche and D-B cooper’s help, Michael referred his hurt to Geary, so get back to his cell.
Except these, some coincidences also play a big role in this plan.
4 Final Thoughts
Michael is not an Engineering structure division, but a great HKRFP. He knows the plan very well, like the ways、the persons who he will use、the contingencies and how to control them. So a wonderful plan can not without a careful preparation about persons、contingencies and the solutions.
