过度紧张的症状:Too tension symptoms:
易怒Easy angry
睡眠品质差Sleeplessness
经常疲劳Often tired
即便在周末或假期也放松不下来Can`t relax when weekend or holiday.
不容易集中注意力或做决定Can`t focus or decide.
肌肉紧张Muscle stiff
皮肤过敏Sensitive
疼痛Pain
经常感染Often infect
控制紧张的方法:How to control the tension?
1 每天花20分钟时间做放松练习,并在日记中记录;
Everyday spend 20 minutes to relaxable exercise,and write down in the diary.
2 保持健康均衡的饮食;
Keep the diet which is healthy and balanced.
3 每周运动四次,每次至少20分钟;
Exercise four times every week,at 20 minutes every time.
4 保持自信。明确自己需要什么,感觉到什么,并且明明白白的说出来,对不必要的要求说不;
Keep self-confident.It need something to make clear yourself,and feel something,and say out clearly.sometimes say “no”.
5 将工作委托给别人,避免自己负担过重;
Share the work with the colleague,avoid too over for your work.
6 合理安排一天的工作,有效利用时间;
Arrange the work of 1 day rationally,utilize time effectually.
7 把自己的办公桌收拾得尽可能的舒适;
Have a comfortable office.
8 不要工作太晚,过长的工作时间与精神和人体疾病有很大的关联;
Don`t work too later.
9 睡前一小时不要再考虑当天的工作,听听音乐,看看书,或者闭上眼睛想象,每天睡6~8小时;
Don`t think so much before sleep.can enjoy music,reading,or meditation,sleep time is 6~8 hours everyday.
10 每周花点时间参加娱乐活动,去剧场,电影院或展览馆,和朋友一起吃饭,画画,唱歌或种花;
Take part in amusement every week,can go to theatre,cinemas or exhibition hall(showroom),can eat with friends,paint,sing or plant flowers.
11 出去度假就不要再考虑工作,多次短假的休息效果要比一次长假好,因为长假中的旅行也会让人紧张不安;
If vacation,don`t think about work,short time trip (so many times) is good idea,long time trip is not good feeling.
12 需要帮助的时候就去寻求别人的帮助,对待朋友,家人和倾听自己意见的专业人士要坦诚,面对压力的时候能够获取社会支援对身心健康很有好处。
