They are ? Are they? 能够掌握从单数句型转化为复数单词与句子。Step 1 Warm-up1.Lets sing: 教师放歌曲的录音，学生看图欣赏。学生跟录音哼唱歌曲。2.请学生欣赏Lets chant部分歌谣，教师要根据歌词适时举起相应的图片设计意图：在短时间内活跃课堂气氛并激活学生的原有知识，为本课作铺垫。AStep 2 Presentation1. Where are the vegetables in the chant? Do you know? Yes, theyre at the farm.（呈现农场的情景）Lets go to the farm.2.What can you see at the farm?（学生说出看到的蔬菜，中文也可以）3.教师手举一个西红柿，说：I like tomatoes. Do you like tomatoes?引导学生用I like 或I dont like根据自己的实际情况表达。4.教师再拿起一根黄瓜，边说边完全呈现：Oh，its long and green. Its a cucumber. Do you like cucumbers? 让学生在回答中学习单词。5.出示土豆：Do you know it？French fries are made of it. Its a potato. Do you like potatoes?学生根据用I like 或I dont like根据自己的实际进行情况表达。6.教师出示洋葱：Its pink and round. It is often used in pizza. Its an onion. Do you like onions? 学生读单词：onion7.请学生猜谜语：They are long and orange. Rabbits like eating them? What are they?学习单词carrot。设计意图：通过设置农场的情景，利用实物或图片进行单词教学，使学生直观感受蔬菜的特点。A、R8.教师将五种蔬菜分别放在教室的不同位置，然后说单词，请学生指出相应的实物。9.小组活动：一个同学说单词，其他同学举起相应的单词卡片。设计意图：通过自己动手又动脑的小游戏，让学生的思维活跃起来，令单词学习变得更有趣。CStep 3学习对话：(B Lets learn)1.学生看VCD，教师提问： Are the cucumbers fresh？(引导学生重复：They are fresh.)2.教师拿起实物(tomato, carrot)：The tomato is fresh. The carrot is fresh, too.然后启发学生说说fresh的意思。3.Look at the potatoes，are they big？(引导学生重复：Yes，and the potatoes are big.)4.学生跟录音模仿对话。5.教师启发学生用所学形容词和颜色词描述图中的蔬菜。设计意图：用实物或图片使学生更容易感受形容词。AStep 4 Lets chant1.让学生观察歌谣中like后的蔬菜单词和Lets learn中的单词有什么不同。启发学生说出like后的名词是以复数形式出现的。2.教师适当强调tomato和potato的复数形式拼写的变化，carrot的复数形式读音的变化。3.请学生跟录音说唱儿歌，教师强调单词juicy，tasty，yummy，tender，smelly的读音和意思。设计意图：从chant与learn中的对比得出单复数的变化规律，使学生更明确单复数的变化。CStep 5 Task time:画下你心目中的农场。1. Draw a beautiful farm.2. Pair work : describe your farm to your partner.3. 找学生代表上台展示并描述自己的farm。设计意图：通过小组合作完成农场设计，并互相交换参观农场。在真实的语境中灵活运用所学句型，体现了教学的开放性，给学生提供了一个语言交流的平台。CStep 6 Homework1.读73页单词三次，同桌一起吟唱Lets chant.
