Unit 3 Bank or Beach? 教案 教学内容与目标: 1、认读新词组:swimming pool、shopping mall 、beach,bank,movie theater 培养学生正确模仿语音语调的能力; 2、通过创设情景和大量练习,让学生能够综合运用语言的能力; 3、能听、说、读、写句子:Where are you going? I’m going to the bank. 教学重点与难点: 能熟练运用句型:Where are you going? 向别人提出问题,熟练运用I’m going to the ……进行回答。 教学准备: 多媒体、图画卡片、chant以及英文歌曲。 教学设计: Step 1 热身与复习(Warm up and preview) Greetings(师生问候) T:Hello, how are you? S:I’m fine. Thanks. 【设计意图:开篇即创设情景,教师与学生采用自由交谈,为学生营造欢轻松愉快的英语氛围,通过热身活动,充分调动学生的学习积极性,活跃了课堂气氛.复习旧知,歌曲铺垫,导入新知,让学生淡化对新学词句的戒备。】 Step 2 展示新课(Presentation) 第一课时(Period 1) 1.教师用多媒体播放图片,引入词组和句子的学习。 T:Boys and girls, look, where is it? S:电影院 T:That’s right. We can say “It’s a movie theater.” S:Movie theater. 出示:电影院图片 T: Where are you going? S: I’m going to the movie theater. 2、教师用以上方法呈现新单词swimming pool、shopping mall 、beach,bank 3、引入句型:Where are you going? I’m going to the……通过个别提问、pairwork、替换卡片等形式巩固句型。 4.用“Where are you going?”让学生来做替换练习 (教师边教边板书单词和句子) 【设计意图:通过真实的生活情景让学生有个直观的认识,单词和句子相结合进行教学,做到词不离句。通过多样学习单词的形式让学生在学习单词的时候不会感到枯燥。】 第二课时(Period 2) 1. Tell a short story about Gogo ask someone “Where are you going?” to bring out two new phrases (swimming pool and movie theater) and the new sentences. 2. Let the students to talk what they have heard from the story .And then copy down the new knowledge. 3. Teach these phrases and new sentences. 4. Listen to the song and try to learn it. 5. Use the pictures to bring out and teach the other phrases: beach, park and bank. 第三课时(Period 3) 1. Free talk: Make dialog with students for review the knowledge which last lesson have learnt. 2. Learn the rest phrases: Show the “hospital” picture and ask the students “Is Gogo going to the beach?” Then bring out the new phrases. 3. Use the same way to learn the rest phrases. 4. Let the students think what question has the teacher ask and learn “Is Gogo going to---?” and practice it. 5. Listen to the Target and learn it. 6. Learn Conversation. 1) Read this part for themselves and find out the difficulties. 2) Listen to the tape and try to correct the pronunciation. 3) Learn this part. 4) Act and read. Step 3 练习(Practice) 1. play a game: finding word. 让一学生上台背对同学,教师把其中一张图画卡片藏在一学生中,全班学生大小声念单词,提示台上的学生找单词。 【教学思想:让学生在玩中学,学中玩,有助于对新单词的记忆。】 2. 巩固句型play a game: 幸运转盘:猜猜指针停在哪?那就是我正在去的地方。 3. sing a song: Where are you going? Going, going, where are you going now? Going, going, where are you going now? I’m going to the swimming pool. Swimming pool! Going, going, where are you going now? Going, going, where are you going now? I’m going to the movie theater. Movie theater! 4. Read the phrases and practice them. 5. Make a dialog: Use the new phrases and the new sentences to make a dialog. 6. Show their dialog. 7. Have Ss look at the pictures and write down the answer in Song activities 2 8. Check the answers and try to song after the tape 9. Read picture 1 of Target. 【教学思想:通过游戏和歌曲来提高学生的积极性,可以把新知识记得更加牢固。】 Step 4 小结(Summary) 学生自我总结今天上课所学内容。 Step 5 家庭作业(Homework) 1.抄写所学单词两遍。 2.与你的同学模拟对话。
