I am currently in my final year studying Actuarial Science at London School of Economics (LSE). The full-time analyst programme with Morgan Stanley has appealed to me so much that I am really looking forward to gaining this opportunity to further my understanding about global capital market and investment banking industry. At the same time, integrate what I accumulated both at university and summer internships onto the next stage.

My first two years at LSE has acquired me with not only the knowledge from textbooks, but also a great insight into the financial world today, upon which I have built my interest in the filed of banking and investment. My work experience last summer at Morgan Stanley and Titanium Capital has affirmed this interest and enhanced my enthusiasm to pursue a work of such in the near future.

For these reasons, I regard Morgan Stanley as an idea place to start my career and help me taste some real flavours of Sales and Trading and realise my potential in this field.

I reckon some of the many qualities I have accumulated through years not only important making me eminent academically, but also essential for a productive investment professional. Firstly of all, coming to this foreign country at the age of 14 has granted me the opportunity to work and think independently, yet making friends with people from all over the world, with whom my team spirit and good communication skills have developed. This can be reflected in assisting in running the LSE Hedge Fund Society last year, where I currently act as the President. Secondly, I am very eager to absorb new knowledge and am a relatively fast learner. My internships at Morgan Stanley and Titanium Capital have tested me on these qualities, especially when challenges arise. Finally, having different backgrounds of education allowed me to develop a good flexibility in adapting to new environments quickly. In addition, I am such an energetic person that only with my good time management I was able to complete my curricular work efficiently and also took part in various extra-curricular activities.
