I would spend a snow-covered winter in Beijing. That’s just what I thought the moment I stepped into Beijing. Beijing, the capital of China, is a northern city. For a person who lives in the south of China like me, coming cross the beautiful snowflake seems impossible. However, I’m here now, Beijing, where I am able to have a good time with snow.
I love the snow-covered winter. There was a snow-white dream when I was a child seeing the snow-covered landscapes on the television. I hoped that one day I could heap a snowman and have a snowball fight with my friends on a snow-covered champaign, I could stand under the snowing sky putting my hands to pick up the fluttering snowflakes, and I could sit by the window of a warm room enjoying snow dunes in the distance. My dream will come true at once. I have come across the white snowflake during the first snowfall of this year in Beijing. When it snowed, our world became white. White snow covered trees, houses and roads. I am very happy since I have met with such a beautiful world which I will never forget.
It is reported that there will be another one snowfall this weekend. I’m looking forward to it and I can’t wait to see the beautiful snow-white world it brings to us. But I have to say that snow day is really cold.
