Unit 7 Where would you like to visit?(Grade Nine) Ⅰ. Analysis of the Teaching Material. In this unit, students learn to talk about the places they would like to visit. Also, it gives students practice in listening and speaking on the target language, for example, where would you like to visit? I’d like to visit Mexico. Ⅱ. Analysis of the Students. This is a good topic that students will be interested in. That will be very helpful to practice using the target language. All students can make great progress in expressing the places which they would like to visit. Ⅲ. Teaching Aims and Demands. 1. Knowledge Objects 1). Key vocabulary. I’d like to trek through the jungle, because I like to go somewhere exciting. 2. Ability Objects. 1). Train students to describe vacation with different adjectives. 2).
