电子教案 Unit 1 Nice to meet you. Period 1 Teach aims and demands 1.Learn how to greet each other in the morning and in the afternoon. 2. Learn how to pronounce these two letters “bl”, and practice this phonetic. 3. Learn how to write these two words, morning and afternoon. 4. Know the main people in this book, such as: Dino, Tim, Anne, Mingming, Peter, Lingling, Dongdong. Teach difficulties the pronunciation of these new words, blouse, blade, blanket, block, blow. Dinosaur Importance: the use of these three words, am, is, are Teach aids Tape, cassette. Teach steps and contents Warmer 1. First, teacher should introduce herself to the students. And at the same time, teacher should introduce the rules the students should obey in the English class and after the class. 2. Ask all the students to make a self-introduction one by one. Teacher say hello to everyone and say Nice to meet you to everyone. And try to remember all the students’ names as soon as possible. 3. Introduce the people in this book, including Dino, Dongdong, Tim, Anne, Mingming, Peter, Lingling. Let students try to remember their names. Presentation 1. Give students three minutes to read the conversation by themselves, and circle the difficult words. This will help students teach themselves. Teacher plays the tape, let students read it and translate it into Chinese. 2. Teacher plays the tape again, this time let students follow it, and try to remember the conversation, and try to retell it. 3. Teacher asks some students to introduce their friends. This is my friend, _____. The other students say Nice to meet you to him or her. Then teacher give students three minutes to practice this conversation, introduce his or her friend to his or her another friend. And teacher goes around the classroom to check their pronunciation. Then ask some pairs of students to act their conversation in the class. Teacher offers praise to those who acts well. 4. Play the cassette of Part B and Part C, let students read after the cassette. And ask some students to translate it into Chinese to check whether they have already known the meaning. Consolidation 1. Play a game. Ask students to remember the peoples in the leaf. Such as: Dongdong, Tim, Anne, Peter, Mingming, Lingling, Dino. Then put these pictures together, let students guess who is he or she? 2. Play another game, check the teacher’s memory. Ask all the students to make a self-introduction to the teacher, then teacher say everybody’s name out, This is ____, yes or no? To see how many students’ names the teacher can remember. After finishing this, teacher says their names again, and uses this sentence structure: This is _____. 2. Introduce their friends. Ask every student to introduce their friends or classmates, then teacher say Nice to meet you to him or her. Presentation 1. First, teacher shows the pictures of the new words, blouse, blade, blanket, block, and blow. Teach students how to pronounce these new words. Then learn to read the new sentences. 2. Have a match between the left group and the right group. Teacher numbers the five new words, and teacher says the words, the students say the corresponding number. Then the teacher says the number, let students say the corresponding words. Then have a match between the two groups, to see who is the first one to say the words. 3. Ask students to read the story in Part D. There is only two new words in it, they are friendly and dinosaur. Then ask students to translate it into Chinese. And read after the tape. Then read after the teacher. At last, ask students to act the dialogue. 4. Play a game. Listen and do. Teacher says: Touch your nose/mouth/ face/ eyes/ ears/ foot/ hands/ head/ arms. Then add: Touch your left or right hand/ eye/ ear/foot/ leg. 5. Listen to the song and learn to sing the song. 6. Do the exercises books. Teacher explains the demands of the exercises to the students, then let students do the exercises. And then check the answers in the class. Teach notes Period 3 Teaching aims: Enable the Ss listen, say and read the text; Enable the Ss sing the song “Merrily sing”. 3 Learn how to pronounce these two letters “bl”, and practice this phonetic. Homework. Write Unit 2 What’s that? Teach aims and demands 1. Learn the new words about shapes, such as: circle, triangle, rectangle, square, shape. 2. Learn the pronunciation of “br”, such as in: brick, bridge, bride, bread, broom, brush. 3. Students can read the simple story by themselves. 4. Learn the conversation in Part A. And find the shapes around themselves. 5. Draw pictures using the shapes they have learned, and can introduce their own pictures in English. Teach difficulties and importance The new words about shapes. And introduce their pictures. Teach aidsPictures of the new words. Teach steps and contents two periods Period 1 Warmer 1. Sing the song learned in the last lesson together. 2. Greet each other. First the teacher greets all the students, and then the students greet their friends or classmates by themselves. 3. Ask some pairs of students to act the story learned in the last lesson. Presentation 1. First, teacher draws a triangle on the blackboard, ask students, “ What shape is this?” Teacher helps them to answer: It’s a triangle. Then write the word triangle beside it. And lead to read this new word, ask students to read it one by one or two by two. 2. Then teacher draws a rectangle on the blackboard, ask the same question, and at the same time teacher answer it and write the word beside it, and lead to read. Use this same way to teach another two new words, circle and square. 3. Have a match between the two groups, the left group and the right group, to see who remember these words quickly. 4. Play a game. Find the shapes around yourselves. Show us the circles around our classroom. Such as: My watch is a circle. There is a circle in the fan. My bottom is a circle, etc. Then find the triangles around our classroom. Such as: My red scarf is a triangle. My ruler is a triangle. Then find the rectangles and squares. 5. Play another game. How many triangles can you see in the picture? Ask students to open their books in Page 6, Part B. Look at Picture 1, let’s count how many triangles there are in this picture. The right answer is: Seven. Then count how many squares there are in Picture 2. The right answer is: Eleven. 6. Learn the conversation in Part A. First, listen to the tape once, let students translate it into Chinese, then read after the tape and read after the teacher. Consolidation 1. Give students three minutes to draw a picture, using the shapes they have learned. Then ask students questions, such as: What shape can you see? How many triangles/ rectangles/ squares / circles can you see in my picture? 2 Read the story in Part D. There are two difficult words: busy and land. Let students guess its meaning or check it in their dictionaries. Period 2 Warmer 1. Sing the English song “Your left hand says” together. 2. Say hello to your friends and introduce your friends to the class. Presentation 1. Revise the words of colours, such as: red, green, blue, brown, grey, yellow, black, white, pink, orange, indigo. Then sing the song I can sing a rainbow. 2. When revise the word blue, black, ask students to recall the words learned in the last lesson which pronounce “br”, such as: blade, blanket, blouse, blow, block. Then ask students to recall which words have the letter “br”. Just like the words brick, bridge, bride, broom, brush, bread. Play the tape, let students read after the tape Then learn to say the sentences in this part. 3. Show your pictures. And introduce the shapes in your pictures. Just like Part F. First, ask students to read the sentences in Part F by themselves. Then ask one student to read it aloud. And at the same time, ask another student to translate it into Chinese. At last, read after the tape. Ask some students to show their pictures and introduce the shapes in their pictures. 4.Ask students to do their exercise book. Teacher should explain the demands of the exercises. And when the students do their exercises, teacher should go around the classroom, help the students who have difficulties. Learn the pronunciation of the letters “ch”. Teach difficulties The describing words, such as: strong, fat, thin, beautiful, ugly, tall, short, big, small. Teach aids Word cards, pictures. A short conversation between the teacher and the students, such as: T: (showing an elephant picture) I am an elephant. I’m very big. Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello, Miss Elephant. T: I am a monkey. I’m naughty. I have a long tail. I am very thin. Hello, boys and girls. Ss: Hello, Miss Monkey. Presentation 1. Play a guessing game. T: I am an animal. I am white, I have two long ears, and my eye is red. Guess, what am I? Ss: You are a rabbit. T: I am yellow and black. I am strong. I have a long tail. And I have a big head. Guess what am I? Ss: You are a tiger. 2. The teacher does the actions acting as an animal, let the students say the word. 3. The teacher show the picture of the animals, let the students say something about the animal. T: Look at this bird. is it beautiful? Ss: Yes, it is very beautiful. T: Look at this giraffe. is it tall? Ss: Yes, it is. 4. Then the teacher writes the words on the blackboard, such as: beautiful, fat, strong, short, small, big. Then lead to read. 5. Ask the students to make a phrases with these describing words, such as: The rabbit is very lovely. The boy is very naughty. The man is very strong. The girl is very beautiful. 6. Listen to the tape recorder, and then read after the tape. And read after the teacher. Consolidation 1. Let the students act as two animals, and introduce the animals. S1: I am a mouse. I am small. S2: I am an elephant. I am big. I have two big ears and four large legs. And I have a long nose. 2. Make a riddle. S1: It’s very big. Its tail is short. Its ear is like a fan. What is it? Ask the students to make a riddle by themselves, they can finish it by single or in groups. Then let the other students to guess it. Period 2 Warmer 1. Greetings between the teacher and the students. 2. Play a game. Monkeys see, monkeys do. T: I am tall. I am strong. I am short. I am fat. I am beautiful. I am big. I am small. I am naughty. Let the students listen and guess and do the actions. Presentation 1. The teacher show the picture of Part D, and introduce: Dino is busy. it is making a flag. Who is it for? Let’s listen to the tape and then answer this question. 2. Read after the tape of Part D, and the students imitate after the tape. 3. Ask the students to practice the dialogue by themselves in groups. Then act the dialogue in the class. 4. Talk about the animals. T: Animals are our good friends. We should love them and take good care of them and protect them. Do you love animals? Which animals do you love best? Please say something about it. Then let us guess what animal do you love best. Consolidation 1. Show the word cards of Part E. Learn the pronunciation of letters “cr” 2. Read the words after the tape, and recall more words that have these two letters. 3. Play a game. Action thyme: sleepy cat. Read the rhyme after the tape. Then act the rhyme out. 4. Do the exercises on the exercise book.
