At the same time, we made many good friends. In Grade 8, I won prizes in drawing and English speech competitions. When I was in Grade 9, I realized that I should give all my attention to my studies because I was going to take the exams to get into senior middle school.
Whenever I think of my school life, I feel very happy and I think in everybody’s school life there are many ups and downs that influence his life. School is a place where all of us learn to care and share. In school we share how we feel and what we enjoy. “School “ is not just a place , but a large building made up of rules, knowledge and love. I think in everybody’s success, school plays a key role. I can describe my school in “Three Ss”. They are : Small, Sweet and Simple.

I was on the train heading to the airport to visit my parents over the holidays and there was plenty of time before my flight. On the train I noticed that there was a gentleman helping a young mother who was travelling alone with a baby and didn’t seem to know where she needed to go. The man asked me which gate I was going to and after realizing my gate was in the opposite direction he decided to help the mother himself.
Then I noticed the man had two young boys and his own baggage to deal with, but he was still trying to help the mother so I offered to take her from there. The mother showed me her ticket and I knew that her flight departed in 10 minutes and she had a large stroller (婴儿推车), some Christmas presents, and a suitcase which was the size of my bag. She gave me her ticket and while I was taking the suitcase, she was pushing the stroller. We were running to the gate and I was regularly looking back to see if she was still behind me.
As we ran up to the gate, I asked the airport workers whether the gate was still open and they said yes. I gave them her boarding pass and said goodbye. Needless to say as I ran hurriedly back to my gate on the other side catching my breath, I couldn’t help smiling. I knew it was worth my efforts!
