1. Any time 不客气; 有事尽管开口 
Amanda-- Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it
Diven-- Any time.
Diven注释： 当别人向我们道谢时, 我们除了可以用"You're welcome."(不客气!)外, 还可以说"Sure."、"You bet." 或"You bet you."等等, 都有「哪里!」、「应该的」的意思。也有人会用"Any time.", 意思是「不客气! 有事随时开口。」的意思。, 可以把它想成是"Any time you need anything, just let me know. You're very welcome."。 另外还可以用自谦的说法，My pleasure/ It's my pleasure./Honored to help you.

2. 我明白你的意思了。I got you.  
Diven-- Generally, you did a good job, but there're still some mistakes in the documents,I hope you can pay more attention to the details next time.
Tyler-- I got you.I'll bear it in my mind next time.
Diven注释："I got you"我明白了。相反地，"I don't get you." 是“我不明白你的意思”，这里的 "get" 是 "understand"(明白、了解) 的意思。

3.  牢记于心 bear something in one's mind
I'll bear that in my mind.I promise you I won't let it happen again.
Diven注释： bear something in one's mind 牢记某事于心，谨记。promise 保证承诺。

4. 说话算话 A promise is a promise.
Diven-- A promise is a promise. You should keep your words.
Max-- Hummm...I know that.Rest assured that I will do what I says.
Diven注释：A promise is a promise. 说话算话，做出的承诺会算数。keep one's words 谨守诺言。 

5. 大可放心 Rest assured that...  
Amanda-- I can't believe he popped the question last night. I mean, we've only been together for a month.
Diven-- Rest assured that he's just making fun of you.
Diven注释：Rest assured that... 表示“大可放心，不必担心”。pop the question 在俚语风暴（十八）中，有详细介绍，有忘记的同学，请火速参考。make fun of someone 捉弄某人。

6.保持联络! Stay and touch.  
Yuki-- It's been late. I'd better get going.
Diven-- All right. Stay and touch, and take care of yourself.
Diven注释： "stay and touch"跟"keep in touch"都是「保持联络」的意思。 

7. 时候不早了  It's been late.
Yuki-- It's been late, you'd better get going, or you'll be late for your work again.
Amanda-- Oh, I hate to haste all the time. Just don't rush me.
Diven注释：It's been late. 时候不早了。haste 匆忙，赶紧。

8.不要催我！ Don't rush me.
Diven--You're running out of time. You'd better take off right now. Kevin will blow up if you're late again.
Amanda-- Don't rush me. I think I still got much time to go.
Diven注释：Don't rush me. 不要催我。blow up"是「发脾气」的意思。 "You'd better..."常用于“建议”对方做某事。

9. 快没时间了！ be running out of time.  
Get out of my face now. Don’t you see how much work I got to do here? Just leave me alone. I'm running out of time.
Diven注释：be running out of time. 快没时间了。"run"是用来表示时间的“流逝”。Get out of my face. 离我远点。要一个人离开你的视线外, 换句话说，就是让他离你远一点吧! 

10. 三明治一代 sandwich generation
I am the sandwich generation, caught between kids and parents.
我是个夹在孩子和父母之间的“三明治一代”。
Diven注释：sandwich generation 指生活在“抚养孩子”和“赡养老人”双重压力下的人们。他们被形象的称呼为“三明治一代”。caught 是 catch 的过去分词，表示“被夹，被限制，被控制”。
