It is a good method and technique to stabilize and control farm production,and it can well suit for tropical agro-ecosystem. The cost of the horticulture facilities that based on steel pipe and iron stand is too high to be applied in force and to be adopted by the farmers. By bettering and integrating simple horticulture facilities, fly net technique and drip irrigation technique, we have developed a new-type economical facilities shed, and its framework consists of bamboo and lumber and cement pillar. The bacterial cellulose products mentioned in the project were newly developed by Hainan Yeguo Food Co., Ltd., which holds key patents of bacterial cellulose products. The products are made of Bacterial cellulose produced by Acetobacter xylinum with a culture medium which consists of coconut water and pineapple juice, etc. This patented technology has filled the domestic blank. In the program, a demonstrative production base and a fermented production line producing bacterial cellulose with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons, besides two production lines for further processing are under the program. After the implementation of the program, plenty of coconut water once discarded in traditional coconut deep processing would have been saved and increased the value of the coconut greatly by turning waste into wealth. That can promote the development of tropical fruit plantings in Hainan, and increase the employment and the income of farmers. Accordingly, the social economic benefits are prominent, and it is also significant to the environmental protection.
