The standard is suitable for surface and near surface defects on steel forgings 目的 Obiect 完成锻钢件(铁磁性材料)表面和近表面缺陷的磁粉检测,出具相应的磁粉检测报告。 Complete magnetic particle testing of surface and near surface defects on steel forgings (ferromagnetic material),and issued by the corresponding magnetic testing report. 1. 适用范围 Scope 本规程适用于铁磁性锻钢件磁粉检测,不能用于奥氏体锻钢件磁粉检测。适用于锻钢件机加工表面。 This specification applies to magnetic particle testing on ferromagnetic steel forgings, but could not apply to austenite steel forgings. Apply to the as-cast steel forgings and machined surface. 2. 参考标准 Refetenced atandard ASTMA275 锻钢件磁粉检测方法 ASTM A275 Magnetic particle testing methods application GB/T9445 无损检测人员资格鉴定与认证 GB/T9445 Nondestructive testing individual qualification and certification 3. 检测人员 Laboratories 4.1磁粉检测人员应依据GB/T9445或相当的规定取得相应资格证书,并从事与其资格等级相适应的检测工作。 Laboratories should provide access to the corresponding qualification certificates based on GB/T9445 or equivalent,and engage in their level of qualitication which was suitable to the work of testing. 4.2磁粉检测人员应每年检查一次视力,矫正视力应不小于1.0.,不得有色盲。 Laboratories vision should be checked every year. Vision correction should not be less than 1.0,no color-blind. 4. 设备、器材和材料 Equipment、apparatus and material 5.1磁化设备与校验 Magnetic equipment and checkout 5.1.1磁化设备 Magnetic equipment 便携磁轭式磁粉探伤仪 Portable yoke 5.1.2设备校验 Equipment checkout 每年至少进行一次提升力校验,极间距为150~200 mm时,提升力至少应有45N。 Enhance the ability should be checked no less than once every year.when die opening is 150~200mm,Enhance the ability should not be less than 45N. 5.2磁粉与磁悬液 Magnetic particle and magnetic suspension HR-1型红色或黑色磁膏 HR-1 red or black magnetic cream 5.2.2磁悬液 Magnetic suspension 悬浮介质为水,每升10-20 g/L,磁悬浮浓度的测定采用磁悬浮浓度测定管进行,一般浓度控制在10~25g/L的范围内。 Suspending medium should be water,10~20g/L.The concentration of magnetic suspension should be determined by magnetic suspension detector.Generally,the concentration should be controlled between 10~25g/L. 5.2.3施加磁悬液 Magnetic suspension application 使用磁悬液喷液器或其他有效方法进行。 To apply magnetic suspension spreader or other effective way. 5.3灵敏度试片 5.3Sensitivity test block A型灵敏度试片 A sensitivity test block 用于被检锻钢件表面有效磁场强度和方向、有效检测区及磁化方法是否正确的测定。 To apply to the determination of effective magnetic-field strength and direction testing region and magnetic methods. 5.3.2灵敏度试片的使用 Sensitivity test block application 将A型试片无人工缺陷的面朝上,使试片与被检面接触良好,必要时可用透明胶带将其整体贴在被检面上,但人工缺陷不得贴。试验时,边磁化边洒磁悬液,以人工缺陷清晰显示来确定磁化规范。 Place the test block surface without artificial defect upwatd. Make sure the testing block and testing surface connect well. It could be attached to the testing surface with cellulose tape except artificial defect if necessary.Add magnetic suspension when magnetizing Magnetization code could be determined by artificial defects showing cleatly. 5. 检测技术 Testing technology 6.1检测方法 Testing method 湿式连续法 Humidity contnuation 6.2磁化方法 Magnetic method 磁轭法纵向局部磁化 Longitudinal partial magnetic through magnetic yoke method. 6.3磁化规范 Magnetic code 磁场强度应根据磁轭式探伤仪的提升力或A型灵敏度试片来确定。 Magnetic-field strength should be determined by yoke enhance the ability or A sensitivity test block 6. 磁粉检测程序与要求 Magnetic particle testing procedure and demand 7.1被检表面的制备 Tested surface preparation 被检表面应进行打磨或机加工,表面必须清洁,不得有油污、氧化皮、锈蚀或者其他妨碍磁粉显示的杂物,表面状态应满足CCH70-3-MT表一的要求。 Tested surface should be grinded or machined,The surface must be clean,no oxide skin,corrosion or residues which interfere with magnetic particle indications,superficial states should meet the requirements of table 1 in CCH70-3-MT MT表一相对于验收标准的表面准备 等级 Grade Ra um 标准表面试样/standard surface sample BNIF 359-01 粗糙度试验 Nr2 (LCA-CEA) 打磨/griding 粗糙度试验 Nr3(LCA-CEA) 喷丸/shot blasting ASTM A802 1 ≤6.3 1S2,2S2 ≤N9 若粗糙度 一致可用 喷砂 不适用/N/A 2-4 ≤12.5 121,2S1 3S2,4S2,5S2 ≤N10 ≤N10 A1,B1,C1 A2,B2 H1,J1 5 ≤2.5 4S1,5S1,6S1 1S3 ≤N11 ≤N11 7.2检测时机: 工件应在最终热处理后检测 Testing occasion: after finishing heat treatment 7.3检测区域: 按图纸和相关的技术条件的要求执行 Testing region: based on drawing papers and related technology specification 7.4磁化 Magnetization 磁化方法按6.2执行。每个被检区至少进行二次大致相互垂直方向的磁化,移动速度按试验值确定,磁轭磁化的间距应控制在75~200mm之间,检测的有效区域为俩级中心连线俩侧50mm的范围内,磁化区域每次应有15mm重叠。 Magnetization methods should be based on 6.2. each testing region should be magnetized in mutual vertical direction at least twice. Rate of movement is determined by testing value. Gap of Magnetic yoke magnetization should be controlled between 75~200mm,the effective region on both sides of the bipolar connection center 50mm region,Magnetization region should lap over 15mm for each time 7.5磁场强度 Magnerization strength 磁化轻度按6.3执行 Magnerization strength should be based on 6.3 7.6检测方法 Testing methods 检测方法按6.1执行,在通电磁化的同时,施加磁悬液,持续磁化时间为1~3s,为保证磁化效果至少反复磁化二次,停施磁悬液至少1s后才可停止磁化。 Testing methods should be based on 6.1. apply magnetic suspension for1~3s when magnetizing. Magnetize at least twice repetition to achieve adequate Magnerization effect. Magnerization could be stopped after adding magnetic suspension is end off for at least 1s. 7.7返修后的检测: 返修焊补区域应重新检测。 Testing after repairing: welding region should be rested again 7.8清理与退磁 Cleaning and demagnetization 7.8.1清理 Cleaning 检测结束后,用适当的方法去除剩余磁粉。 The remainder magneric particle should be cleaned after testing. 7.8.2退磁 Demagnetization 少于600A/m(8奥斯特)的剩磁,可不用退磁处理。 No demagnetization treatment when remnant magnetism is less than 600A/m 7. 磁痕的评定与质量验收标准 Indications ecaluation and quality acceptance standard 8.1磁痕的评定 Indications ecaluation 8.1.1缺陷磁痕分线性显示和圆形显示。 Defects indications into linear and round 8.1.2被检工件表面的可见光度不应小于500lx。 Degree of visible light of testing samples surface should not be less than 500lx。 8.1.3必要时可用2~10倍放大镜进行观察。 Observe by amplifying with 2 to 10 times magnification if necessary. 8.1.4磁痕难辨真伪有争议时可进行复验。 Results could be review when whether indications are defect or there are argument. 8.2质量验收标准 Quality acceptance standard 按图纸和相关的技术条件要求的质量验收标准,进行质量等级评定。 The quality should be rated based on drawing paper and the acceptance standards of the related technology. 8. 检测报告 report 由试验者开具磁粉检测报告,经岗位责任工程师审核发出。 Testing report was issued by Laboratories,and audited by responsible Engineers.
