3、通过本课的学习，拓展学生视野，再掀起沟通交流信息的风潮。
4、培养学生树立正确的人生观、世界观、价值观、是非观。

Step 1 warming-up
1. Show time: Role-play a story by 4 students of a group.
2. Check homework: If you have any questions in your homework, please ask your groups for help. (在小组内解决预习作业第二项中的问题)
3. Free talk and revise the sentences in a group of four: Which books do you like? I like… Why do you like it? Because …
Step 2 Presentation
1. Watch a vedio “Journey to the West” and guess what is about. Then lead in the book “Journey to the West”.Tell the students to ask and answer “Which books do you like? I like… Why do you like it? Because …”. And teach the words “strong, exciting, funny”, and practice the words and sentences by group work.
2. Teach the other new words by the same way. First, listen and follow the tape,then read by phonics, after that learn and check the words in a group of four, finally make a dialouge in a group.In this way, students
Step 3 Practice
1. Look and say. (眼疾口快). And read all the words to the group leader. Then check some groups.
2. Play koko. The pupils listen and follow in their books. Continue to play the koko and ask the pupils to repeat the sentences after the beeps.
3. According to the homework, talk about the books and the characters you like with your partners. (根据预习作业，与你的搭档谈论你所喜欢的书和书中的人物.)
4. Guessing game. Describe one person and guess who is he or she in a group of four.
5. Interview your friends and talk about the person they like,then write down the key words.
6. Exercises.

1. Students read Part A altogether.

教学后记（课堂设计理念，实际教学效果及改进设想）
本节课主要是教授形容词的用法及描述人物性格特征。本节课教学目标明确，为实现教学目标所采取的教学步骤科学，突出了小学英语的趣味性、基础性、工具性的特点。
本节课成功之处：
1. 两个教学目标基本达成。学生在本节课当中，通过各个活动环节的操练，听说读写的能力均得到了不同程度的培养，尤其是听说的能力得到了提高。在同学们谈论自己最喜欢的书籍和人物中，既成功地复习了形容词，也巩固了句型，真正做到“学以致用”，使课堂生活化、交际化。
2.教学设计思想得以较好的实现。
本节课主要注重生生互动的小组合作，从课的一开始即热身环节，四人小组合作表演龟兔赛跑至课的结束，即采访同学喜欢的书及人物。这整个过程都是以四人小组学习为单位，以合作为根本，以互助学习为方法，以自主学习领悟新知为目标，使得整节课在亲切和谐快乐学习的氛围中顺利完成。整个过程中都是学生在体验、参与、实践，真正体现了以生为本，自主学习的新课标理念，对学生的情感态度和价值取向都给予了关注，使教学有的放矢。
本节课的不足之处：
1．由于怕时间来不及，学生做采访报告的活动没能完成，这样导致学生提前做好的预习作业没能展示，不利于激发学生的积极性。应该在前面环节设计紧凑，以致能有更多时间进行拓展练习。
2.整个课堂以学生合作学习为主，但缺乏学习语言的情境性，引入新知缺少场景，过于限制，应该让学生更充分的运用语言。应该设置场景，多输入语言，而不是固定句型，让学生能够得到最大的语言输入量。
