轴承防尘罩的注塑成形工艺模具设计
摘要:本文介绍了有几个环型凹槽的轴承防尘罩的注塑成型工艺及模具设计。在成型工艺方面,注射成形具有成形温度稳定,周期短,能一次成形外形复杂、尺寸精确的制品,生产效率高,易于自动化的特点;而注塑机为单机操作,更换原料及模具均很方便,经济并且效率高。在模具设计方面,轴承防尘罩的是两个不同制件分别位于分型面的上下两侧,这样的设计便于两制件能够同时脱模。用于成型环形凹槽的型心是采用了台阶嵌套。塑件模具的制作过程进行了详细分析:模具结构形式的确定、注塑机类型的选择、分型面的确定、浇注系统的设计、一些主要零件的设计(导向机构、成形零件结构、定位机构、冷却系统的设计)、脱模结构的设计等等。轴承防尘罩的材料选用PE,模具结构紧凑,推出可靠,安装方便,成型塑件质量好,生产效率高。

Injection Forming and Mold Design of
Plastic Clip
Abstract: This article describes the with several ring groove bearing dust cover injection molding process and mold design. In the molding process, injection molding forming temperature stability, short cycle, forming a complex shape, size, precision plastic parts, high production efficiency, and ease of automation; injection molding machine is a stand-alone operation, replacement of raw materials and mold are very convenient, economy and high efficiency. In the mold design, bearing dust cover two different parts are located in the upper and lower sides of the parting surface , this design makes it possible that the two parts simultaneously stripping. The step of nesting is used in the annular groove of the molding core insert member. Plastic mold making process carried out a detailed analysis of: the mold structure determination, injection molding machine type selection, parting surface determination, feed system design, some of the major parts of the design (guide mechanism, moulding components structure, positioning mechanism design) , the release structure design, and so on. Bearing dust-proof cover material is PE, mold structure is compact, the introduction of reliable, easy to install, good quality of moldings, high production efficiency.
