Useful Expressions 常用的表达方式：

1. Good evening, sir/madam. 晚上好，先生/小姐。
2. Welcome to the “Lobby Bar”. 欢迎光临“大堂”酒吧。
3. We are very happy to see you, sir/madam. 先生/小姐，很高兴见到您。
4. What can I do for you, sir/madam. 先生/小姐，我能为您效劳吗？
5. Are you expecting anyone? 您在等人吗？
6. Are you staying in our hotel, sir/madam? 先生/小姐，您是不是住我们酒店。
7. Your usual, sir/madam? 和往常一样吗？
8. What would you like, sir/madam? 先生/小姐，您要点什么？
9. What would you like to drink or may I take a few suggestions? 您决定要喝什么吗？或者我给您点建议？
10. With or without ice, sir/madam? 要不要加冰，先生/小姐。

G: Straight up, sir?
G: What’s that?
B: Without ice, sir. You’re from Britain, aren’t you?
G: Otherwise I would have scotch on the rocks. Certainly without ice. Ice will spoil the taste. We say ”neat”.
B: Would you like to say “when”, please sir.
G: Whoa…when!
B: Did you have a good trip, sir?
G: Rather long and tiring, but a good night’s sleep will soon put me right away.
B: Well, welcome to our Hotel. Come in for a nightcap.
G: Thank you, I will.
(About ten minutes later)
G: Well, I must be off and have a look round before dinner with my family.
B: How about one for the road?
G: Why not? The same again, please.
B: One whisky and soda, no ice, coming up immediately. Cheers, sir.
G: Will you have one yourself?
B: Thank you, no. We are not allowed to drink on duty, but your very good health, sir. Have a pleasant evening and enjoy your stay with us.
