2. Project general situation
JPL 2 × 660 MW power station #1, #2 boiler steel structure provided by Harbin boiler factory, adopt the structure which is separate from main workshop.
Roof steel structure combine by ceiling girder, secondary beam and surface support, come into a rigid surface. For here adopt A,B,C,D,E four row ceiling girder, the length of span is 28m, A ceiling girder divide in three parts, E ceiling girder divide into two parts, the main ceiling girder of B、C、D have a big capacity、wideness span more, adopt the stop log style.

5. Homework project
5.1.Construction scheme
According to each ceiling girder weight and relevant data, calculation it and get result, upper parts of D、C、B ceiling girder weight is more, proceed to lifting it by 350 t track to mourn(CC2200) and 75 t the tower mourn(FZQ1650), and it will be lifted at furnace inside area. 3450t crawler crane (CC2200) adopt principal arm 72 meters and assistant arm 30 meters and 72 meters and assistant arm 42 meters SWSL work condition and arrange right side of furnace, the 75 t tower arrangement on the left side of furnace. Others ceil girder lift by 75t tower crane alone.

3. open box and check material

The equipments external appearance has no crack, heavy skin, severity rust eclipse, hurt, drill a hole hairless stab.
4. Equipments size reexamination
According to check a mark request, check size & champers of each ceiling girder, and make a record. Alignment & marking for ceiling girder.
5. Preparation for lifting
Before erection, prepare well for the temporary facility.

1.H row crest the plank beam(A-1 and plank A-2 beam) install
It has three pieces of ceiling girder for H row. A-1 beam weight is 5.87t. A-2 beam weight is 3.4t. it is same measure for it lifting with normal beam. It can be lifted by 75t tower crane.
1. Install process in, the Gou piece rub noodles have to dozen whet in addition to rust, peep out metals sheen.
2. To wear, should use first to sell son temporary fix, treat another one the beam carry install after take seat again wear to pack HS bolt.
3. The assembly install to complete and wear to pack point of contact stud bolt in time.
2. N row crest plank beam(E plank beam) install
It has two pieces of ceiling girder for N row. Two pieces weight are same 20.6t. Lifting by 75t.
1. Card wreath, steel wire rope, climb steps' etc. to mourn to pack tool consideration a calculation according to the 3 t.

3.The J row plank beam(B plank beam) install
1、The B ceiling girder lower part weight is 51.6 t, distance from 75 t tower is 22 meters, standard capacity is 75 t, load percentage is 45%, distance from 350 t tower is 30 meters, standard capacity is 30.8 t, load percentage is 84%.
2. The B ceiling girder upper part weight is 69.4t, adopt 350t crawler crane and 75t tower crane combine lift it. And the rotary diameter for 350t crawler is 30m and for 75t is 24m. 350t crawler crane standard capacity is 30.8t, divided Loading is 26.25t, loading rate is 85%, the standard capacity for 80t tower crane is 66t, divided loading capacity is 47.15t,and loading rate 71.5%.
1. 350t crawler crane adopt main arm 72m + assistant arm 42m + SWSL work condition, it is forbid to work in mini work scope.
2. Shackle, sling and ladder and so on, all the tools for erection weight is 4t.
3. Sling adopt one pair of Ф50(6×30+ 1 piece of steel core)and one pair of Ф50(6×30+1 piece of steel core)。

4.C ceiling girder erection
1. C lower ceiling girder weight is 67.25t, upper ceiling girder weight is83.2t.
2. The C ceiling girder lower part weight is 67.25 t, distance from 75 t tower is 20 meters, standard capacity is 75 t, load percentage is 45%, distance from 350 t tower is 22 meters, standard capacity is 50.8 t, load percentage is 74%.
3.The C upper ceiling girder adopt 350t crawler crane and 75t, 350t crawler crane rotary diameter is 25.6m, capacity is 41.3t, lifting capacity is 40t, and it condition rate is 97%. for 75t tower crane rotary diameter is 24.4m, capacity is 66t, lifting capacity is 47.2t, it condition rate is 72%
1. The capacity of 350t exceed 90%, so we should arrange one person be in charge it.
2. 350t crawler crane adopt main arm 72m + assistant arm 30m + SWSL work condition, it is forbid to work in mini work scope.

5. D ceiling girder erection
1. D ceiling girder upper part weight is 129.3tt, lower weight is 101t+4t, and it will be lifted by 350t crawler and 75t tower crane tighter.
2.350t crawler crane the rotary diameter is 17m when lift the ceiling girder lower part, and standard work condition is 64t, lifting capacity is 51t, rate 80%. 75t tower crane the rotary diameter is 21.8m, standard capacity is 75t, lifting capacity is 58t, rate 77%。
3. 350t crawler crane the rotary diameter is 17m when lift the ceiling girder upper part, and standard work condition is 64t, lifting capacity is 58.36t, rate 97.5%. 75t tower crane the rotary diameter is 21.5m, standard capacity is 75t, lifting capacity is 71t, rate 94.5%。
1. The capacity of 350t and 75t exceed 90%, so we should arrange one person be in charge it.

6. Secondary beam erection
After each ceiling girder lift complete, erect the secondary beam in time, to keep the structure stability.

1.HS bolt check
after finishing install of total, check each point of HS bolt
Have never leak to wear, wrong use, the direction be consistent.
2.The steel seek positive
The alignment starts from one box, then escalate. The sling need fix on component, protect by iron clad or wood block inside。
The crest plank beam after seek positively carry an adoption stud bolt conjunction with pillar.
3.The stud bolt beginning be tight
If steel structure match with《check mark 》, can tight HSPG bolt. For make HS bolt loading well-proportioned, tightening from center to outside. The H type steel structure, tightening should web plate firstly, wing plate secondly. Marking on the head of HS bolt after tight complete.
1. The pillar feet center line deviation:± 3 mm
2. Sign a pillar elevation deviation:± 3 mm
3. Each sign a pillar elevation deviation mutually:≤ 2 mm
4. Each sign a pillar to be apart from deviation:≤ 0.7 ‰ pillars be apart from, and ≤ 7 mm
5. Sign pillar a perpendicular degree deviation:≤ 0.7 ‰s sign pillar long, and ≤ 10 mm
6. Pillar crest and the 1 m elevation big and small opposite angles:≤ 1 ‰ diagonal line be long, and ≤ 10 mm
7. Beam elevation deviation:± 3 mm
8. Beam level degree deviation:≤ 3 mm

4.The acceptance, stud bolt are eventually tight
Stud bolt the beginning be tight be over and carry on whole acceptance. The acceptance is qualified behind the stud bolt is eventually tight. Eventually tight hour, then can press a dynamoelectric wrench switch after needing all of the plum flower heads to insert a tube inside the set, otherwise the stud bolt could not reach tight solid stalk dint combine influence set the service life of the tube. Eventually tight hour plum flower head knock out is qualified, position not good or slippery of stud bolt, usage move wrench tight, and brush on the plum flower head white paint marking.
5.Defend rust
The stud bolt is eventually tight to complete, each point of contact brush prevent rust paint, prevent from friction noodles rusty.
