The project is located in BDA (Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area), with a width of 110m and length of 342.5m. It includes 3-floor buildings (with a top level of 27.5m), 6-floor (with a top level of 35.75m), 7-floor (with a top level of 45m) and 8-floor in some parts (with a top level of 52m).
本工程位于北京市亦庄开发区,宽110m,长342.5m。层高为3层(顶标高为27.5m)、6层(顶标高为35.75m)、7层(顶标高为45m),局部为8层(顶标高为52m)。

1 1-axis to 12-axis, 7 floors, with eaves 45m high, 8 floors in some parts, with eaves 52m high; 13-axis to 21-axis, 21-axis to 26-axis/F-axis to G-axis, 6 floors, with eaves 35.75m high; 21-axis to 43-axis/F-axis to T-axis, 3 floors, with eaves 26m high; the buildings around are one or two floors. The steel column is mainly with box section and beam of welding H-shaped steel and hot-rolled H-shaped steel.
1、7轴~12轴,7层,檐高45m,局部为8层,檐高52m;13轴~21轴、21轴~26轴/F轴~G轴,6层,檐高35.75m;21轴~43轴/F轴~T轴,3层,檐高26m;周围建筑为1、2层。钢柱主要是箱型截面,梁为焊接H型钢和热轧H型钢。

Requirements of Materials for the Engineering

(i) Steel Requirements

a Major frame structures (beam and column): Q345B.
a.主要框架构件(梁、柱):Q345B。
b Q235B steel will be used for roof boarding, deck board, checkered steel plate, galvanized grid plate, roof ladder and handrail.
b.屋面板、戴克板、花纹钢板、镀锌格栅板、屋面梯子、扶手均采用Q235B钢。
c The steel shall have the guarantee in tensile strength, elongation, yield point, cold impact test, and qualified carbon, sulfur and phosphorous content and the re-inspection report, which shall meet the design requirements an the regulations of relevant existing standards of the People’s Republic of China.
c.钢材应有抗拉强度,伸长率,屈服点、冷弯试验及碳、硫、磷含量合格的保证及复验报告,应符合设计要求及中华人民共和国现行有关标准的规定。
The ratio of the measured value of the tensile strength and that of the yield strength shall be no less than 1.2; the steel shall have obvious yield stairs and with elongation more than 20%; the steel shall have good weldability and qualified impact flexibility. Technology

Anticorrosive Requirements
防腐
要求
The greasiness on the surface of the steel must e cleaned before coating. Clean the greasiness on the surface by using average basic cleaners and then wash the organics on the surface by using water.
涂装前钢材表面的油污必须处理干净。先用中等碱性清洁剂清除表面的油污,然后用清水支除表面的有机物。
Anticorrosive requirements: the finished components shall be blasted with sand and derusted to make the steel surface exposed with some metallic luster, with derusting quality meet the requirements of Sa2.5 and surface roughness in the range of 40 to 70µm, and for the parts need to be repaired, the surface will be polished to St3 level.
防腐要求:制作完的构件应喷砂除锈,使钢材表面露出部分金属光泽,除锈质量等级Sa2.5的要求,表面粗糙度:40-70微米范围内,局部需要修补的区域,表面要打磨到St3级。。

三 施工部署
3.1 Objective
3.1 工程目标
i) Quality Objective

The steel structure shall meet the standards of the sub-segment project of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures (GB50205-2001).
钢结构达到《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》(GB50205-2001)的分部分项工程的合格标准。
ii) Duration Objective
2)工期目标
According to the requirements for the general schedule in the bidding documents, under the premise of all operation conditions on construction site meeting the requirements, it is planned to begin the installation on Feb.7, 2011 and complete the construction of steel structure on June 15,2011. It is 129 days in total. 按招标文件提供的总进度计划要求,在施工现场作业面等各方面条件满足要求的前提下,计划2011年2月7日开始安装,2011年6月15日完成钢结构施工。共129日历天。
iii) Security Objective

Mass casualties and fire & machinery accident shall be eliminated, with annual light injury rate controlled less than 3‰.
杜绝重大伤亡及火灾、机械事故,年轻伤频率控制在3‰以下。

3.2 Organization and Management Institution

To make sure that all objectives will be reached, our unit will list this project as a major project, establishing project manager office for the project of Corning Incorporated (Beijing), Phase II, allocated with strong management team, with personnel of high political quality, strong technical and business capability, rich construction and management and coordination experience selected as the construction management personnel. Strict post responsibility system will be developed with each person responsible for specified tasks.
为了确保各项目标的实现,我单位将把本工程列为重点工程,成立康宁显示科技(北京)有限公司第二期项目经理部,配备强有力的管理班子,施工管理人员选用政治素质高、技术业务能力强、有丰富的施工和管理协调经验的人员组成。制定严格的岗位责任制,落实到人,各负其责。

3.3 Construction Implementation Deployment
3.3. 施工实施部署
The major work for this project includes drawings design, components processing, production and transportation, and steel parts installation.
本工程的主要工作内容包括详图设计、构件加工制作运输、钢构件安装。
3.3.1 Design of Construction Drawings
3.3.1 施工详图设计
As the first procedure for the construction of steel structure, design of construction drawings plays an important role in the smooth development of the whole work. Once getting the formal construction drawings for steel structure, the design of the construction drawings shall be started. The construction drawings will be completed by the design office of our company, and we plan to have 7 persons to do this, 5 for design and 2 for review. The design duration is 12 days. All construction drawings shall be signed by the design unit and become effective after their confirmation.
施工详图设计作为钢结构施工的第一道工序,对整体工作的顺利进展起着重要作用。在正式的钢结构施工图到位后即开始组织施工详图的设计工作。施工详图由我公司设计室负责完成,计划投入7人,其中5人设计,2人审核。设计周期为12天。所有施工详图应经设计单位签字确认后生效。
3.3.2 Components Processing and Transportation
3.3.2 构件加工及运输
All components (box column and H-shaped steel beam) for the steel structure use in this project will be manufactured and processed by our company.
本工程中钢结构构件(箱型柱、H钢梁)都由我公司自行制作加工。
According to the requirements of the bidding documents, the columns in the batch house will be processed by three sections with length of 18m, 12m, and 15m, weight of 27t, 14t, and 14t, respectively; those in the melting workshop by two with length of 18m and 20m, weight of 27t and 19t, respectively; final processing workshop with whole length of 26m and weight of about 34t. The longest beam is 15m with weight of 7t. They will be connected and installed on construction site. The columns are bolted by belly boards, welded by flange plate. The components with length over 12m shall be shipped by an extended truck and with transportation route surveyed in advance.
根据招标文件要求,配料车间柱子分三节加工,长度分别是18m、12m、15m,重量分别为27t、14t、14t;熔化车间柱子分两节加工,长度分别是18m、20m,重量分别为27t、19t;最终加工车间柱子为通长加工,长度为26m,重约34t。钢梁最长为15m,重约7t。在工地拼接安装就位。柱柱之间采用腹板栓接,翼缘板焊接。运输时超过12m构件,需要加长车运输,提前勘测好运输路线。
For the specialty of the project, the distribution company will deliver goods once every two days with three 12m-long trucks at the earlier stage of the project, for those longer than 12m, extended trucks will be used for transportation according to the length of the goods. At the latter stage, goods will be delivered by trucked allocated according to the progress of the project to make sure progressive continuing of it.
针对本工程的特殊性,工程前期,配货公司专门配备三台12米长货车每两天发货一次,大于12米的,根据长度采用加长车运输。后期按工程进度要求进行配备车辆发货,保证工程的持续进行。
3.3.3 Steel Structure Installation
3.3.3 钢结构安装
According to the requirements of the whole construction progress, the site installation will be from February to June, which means assembly, welding and painting of the steel structure will be finished in four months.
根据总体施工进度要求。现场安装时间为2~6月份,即在四个月时间完成钢结构的拼装、焊接、油漆等施工。
All components will be installed by using a truck crane or a crawler crane.
所有构件均采用卡车起重机或履带式起重机安装。
After the civil construction finished, supply the working surface with water, electricity and road and level it and then deliver it to the steel structure personnel. The project is divided into three areas (B, M and F), which will be constructed at the same time to make sure it will be finished on time, and the three areas are 7-axis to 12-axis, 13-axis to 23-axis, and 23-axis to 43-axis, respectively. The order for the installation is steel column, steel beam, crane beam, rolled steel sheet, roof purlins and roof boards. All steel components are installed by using a crane with artificial. The detailed regional divisions are shown in the fig. below:
